Yosemite was amazing, well worth the long drive from San Francisco. The small group size allowed time to make a lot of stops. It was a great day out. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

This was a very long day. We were squashed into a van, but it was worth it! There were beautiful sights, and all the trees were amazing. The best time of year to visit is May.

The day began when the guide arrived at our hotel to pick us up. Our guide was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, he provided commentary on all interesting items on the way to Yosemite and knew a great watering hole on the way! The journey there was filled with beautiful vistas and many places of interest, but nothing could prepare us Brits for what we had in store for us at Yosemite. Our first view of the valley was absolutely breathtaking - we had never seen anything to compare with it. The vastness and scale of the geographical features in the park are unbelievable, and our guide took us to all the best features, stopping many times along the route to allow us to walk to a waterfall, take pictures, or gaze at the local flora and fauna of which he was extremely well informed. He was always ready and able to answer our questions as well as provide stories of interest. We were lucky enough to encounter a bear at a safe distance. The giant Sequoia trees grove was well worth the long downward trail - even the breathless return back up the sloping trail! We enjoyed the history of the place, especially its Native American history, and were lucky enough to meet a woman making traditional baskets in the museum. It is difficult to describe the outstanding beauty and magnificence of the park; it simply has to be experienced first hand. A memorable day which we will never forget. Don't miss it!

We had a wonderful day out of San Francisco. The tour guide was entertaining and knew her subject. It is a long day, but definitely a must-do. Yosemite is awesome!

A fabulous tour. Long day but absolutely worth it, a bit cosy in the van, but we had a great driver. Definitely make sure you do this trip even if you do no others.

I will recommended the Yosemite and Giant Sequoias tour to all my family and friends, I was very happy with the places we went, we had the most beautiful views.

Our guide was brilliant and always aware of the needs of his clients. We had a great day with a fine mixture of tramping through snow to see the Redwoods, options for various trails and the Awhahee at the end. Our guide also had a great taste in music!

This was an A trip! Our driver was really good and the park was so beautiful. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who's going to San Francisco.

Great tour, loved the tour guide. Nice guy, lots of local knowledge. Not enough time in Yosemite, only one hour which was for lunch, spent most of the time lining up for food and eating, not enough time to take the walk to the bottom of the falls. Would have been better if the other stops were shorter to allow more time at Yosemite Falls.

My chief complaint was that there was not enough concrete information explaining the options of what to do when we got to the park. Since there is not a lot of time in the park, it would have helped to have information that we could have looked over on the way. I wasted a lot of time just trying to figure out where to go, where to get the park bus, how much time there was, etc. Guide was pretty good, not too chatty, just enough. The sign in the van asking for a 15 to 20 tip seemed pretty steep since it is pretty pricey anyway. Couldn't we just be charged more and not be compelled to cough up for a steep tip, too. I liked the guide's way of having us just stop at a full-service grocery store to get food. It's fast and lets you have a good choice at a reasonable price.
