I missed this one because I was unsure of the time difference. Default 5 Stars.
I had an awesome time. Our tour guide Manuel Madrigal was very informative and knew exactly what he was talking. About. Very knowledgable on the subject and history. I would highly recommend this tour of you like beer along with some sight seeing of the city.
Late very late arrival but over all the staff made it happen and it became a amazing tour
Excellent. This was not just a beer tasting but also a very informative walking tour of the city on the way to the micro brewery. I would recommend this tour as an introduction to downtown San Jose as well as a tasting of many of the Costa Rican brewed beers.
If you want to see another side to san jose and you love beer this is the tour for you . A well run easy laid back tour filled with info and sights and glasses of micro brewed beers . Its another way of seeing a city and tapping into the local culture which many wouldn't know is there in san jose. I highly recommend this tour for a relaxing afternoon where you get to meet the locals in a relaxed setting in various local bars.
We had the pleasure of enjoying this tour with our guide Eric. It was very fascinating and entertaining! If you are interested in an educational pub walk around the city, this is your tour. The people you meet and the beer you taste is one of a kind. Thanks again Eric!
Simply extraordinary. These gentlemen not only knew their beers, but their city as well. Their widespread knowledge and their humorous, affable personalities made the tour one to remember. Of all of our adventures in the beautiful country of Costa Rica, this tour was our favorite part. You can't miss this!
We were disappointed because we only attended three pubs. The price was very expensive for what we received. At one of the pubs we got 2 samples of each beer to share between 4 people; fortunately I was with people I knew so I was comfortable to share the same glass around our table.
