Our tour guide was great, all four 4 of us thought he did an excellent job. The only disappointment was NOT seeing any wildlife on the tour.

Definitely enjoyable and informational. The description said that the cost included entrance fee to El Portal, but our tour guide did not take us there. We went back another day to visit the center.

We took the El Yunque Rainforest tour we were picked up by a van right in front of our hotel at 815am. Scheduled pick-up time was 810, so they were pretty close to schedule. We did one more hotel pick-up on the way and then we were off to El Yunque, a 45-minute ride. Our guide was an affable fellow with a delightful sense of humor. First we drove to several vista points in the rainforest, and then we parked and walked one of the trails for half an hour or so. It was a great experience, one I would definitely recommend to any first-time visitor to Puerto Rico. On the way back, our driver stopped the van at a roadside cafe for some 'cheap, authentic Puerto Rican cuisine' such as meat-stuffed fried potato balls and fried sweet plantains. The food was tasty and the cafe was pleasant, but a bit noisy, since it's located right next to a busy highway. Our guide had us back at our hotel within a few minutes of the scheduled drop-off time.

The tour was outstanding from beginning to the end. We were given entertaining and informative information about Puerto Rico while traveling on the bus to the rain forest, as well as a guided tour while in the rain forest. We saw several tour groups from other companies who were left on their own to explore the rain forest and were unable to receive the wealth of information that we did.

The trip was awesome and well worth the money. The guide was very knowledgeable. The only thing that was disappointing was that we were required to watch a movie that ate up time and the tour seemed kind of rushed. Besides those things, we had a great time and would do it again.

The view was great, even the air smells different there. Our guide was great. We had so much fun with him and he was very educated and had so much information to offer about the rainforest, the history of San Juan, economy, anything. Plus he was hot!

We enjoyed our tour. However, we had hoped to see some of the animals in their habitat. Our guide did a great job explaining the flora and giving us a history of the forest.

The driver guide was terrific and personable with a good knowledge that he shared readily. The trip itself was worth doing and interesting. The tour company seemed disorganized. We went to one hotel where the guests were not ready, then to a second to pick up others, then back to the first, which left us less time than we thought we would have in the rain forest itself.

Very knowledgeable guide. Been there before and the guide was the best and brought us up to date on the rainforest.
