We had the good fortune recently to have booked a tour with Carlos Medina in Pureto Rico. We were returning from a Christmas/New Years cruise and had several hours layover before our plane left and didn't want it spend it sitting at the airport.
We (my wife and two granddaughters and I) simply told Charlie (Carlos) that we knew nothing of San Juan and asked him to put something together for us. We suggested 3 or 4 hours. Suffice it to say Charlie went above and beyond. It proved to be a highlight of our entire trip. He spent an extra hour of his own time and gave us a great tour of all the usual sights in San Juan and then took us to some places we would never have discovered on our own or on a scheduled tour. He was extremely informative and took very good care of us.
We have friends here who are discussing a vacation trip to Puerto Rico and we have already recommended him to them in the event they go ahead with their plans.
We highly recommend him to anyone.

Carlos did an excellent job of taking our group to their preferred destinations. He was professional, timely and an all around nice guy. He is both engaging and knowledgeable about the island. We were more than pleased with his services and the price we paid. I would highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico.
