very plesaed with this service. I would reciommend booking both ways as it's very cheap and other types of transfers and taxis are expensive.

Dual exits from International arrival area and we were a little concerned that we would exit the opposite of where the to tour rep was waiting. Not a problem they had someone waiting at both areas. Also left my cell phone in the vehicle and it was returned.

The service was excellent. The person who received us at the airport and the driver who took us to the hotel were very professional and courteous people. We retained their services for our tours in Santiago, Valparaiso-Vinas del Mar and Isla Negra.

We found the services somewhat pricey, but our experience at Santiago Airport was very satisfying. Our flight from Lima was supposed to arrive in Santiago at 02.20 but was delayed by some three and a half hours no reasons given and arrived in Santiago around 05.30, with no certainty of being met. We need not have worried - there were our pick-up people smiling and ready to make us welcome with a quick trip to our hotel and help with our bags etc. We think that they were worth every peso paid.

The guide met us the airport, was present when we came out from the restricted area, had a clear sign, and was easily identified. He spoke good English and was pleasant and attentive. There were no other passengers on the transfer which was good. The trip into town was quick and he found our hotel without any trouble. He did a slight detour and showed us some attractions that he suggested we visit. (We had been to Santiago before but this would have been useful to newcomers.) A couple of negatives. The car was parked a considerable distance from the terminal building and we had to walk there. After a 13 hour flight this was not ideal. With other transfers the guide has left us at the terminal, collected the car and then picked us up. Secondly, we got caught by one of the fake porters who pushed our bags part way to the car. We had to pay to get rid of him. It was only after we were in the car that the guide told us that the porter had no authority and we shouldn’t have paid him. We should have been told this (as has happened in other transfers) as soon as we met the guide. Other than that the transfer was fine.

Our transfer did not turn up on the day we arrived and a kind taxi driver ended up calling the organisation and helping us with the problem. We then had to wait about half an hour for the transfer to arrive. Going back to the airport we took a taxi and this was a cheaper option anyhow, so I would not recommend this service.
