The weather didn't help too much but nevertheless, the trip was awesome!!! Our driver was great. I enjoyed the whole thing. The highlands are breathtaking!!!

The guide struck just the right balance between commentary and peace for such a long day. Excellent trip.

Excellent driver who was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who likes to do bus tours to see a lot in only a day's time.

Super trip. The guide was entertaining, knowledgeable, and knew when to talk and when to allow a little but of quiet. It IS a long day, but well worth it. I know some people might have commented that they felt they were in the van too much and not outside enough, but I thought the mix of driving and being out to see the sites up close was perfect.
One bit of advice to people - bring cash. I think 17 pounds for the Loch Ness boat trip. It does not take credit cards. Also, sit in the bottom when you get on the boat, you get close to the sonar screens for the demonstrations which are neat. You can go upstairs afterwards to enjoy the rest of the ride. Definitely do this tour.
Amazing!

The trip was well organized with a wonderful artistic leader, wearing Scottish clothes, telling stories, singing and even playing a bagpipe. The minivan was really very clean and comfortable, though there was a short technical problem on our way.

Our guide was both knowledgeable and very entertaining. We didn't see Nessy, so I guess we didn't have enough whiskey. This is an absolute must when traveling to Edinburgh!

The tour guide wasn't just a pro, he was a natural who seems to really love his job. The size of the group was just right, and Scotland was more beautiful than we'd imagined.

It was a great way to see the Highlands especially if you only have a day to do it during a business trip. The tour was completely enjoyable. Our guide / driver was a true proud Scotsman, telling the stories, that made me admire Scotland even more and crave to be back soon again. I definitely recommend this tour.

It was an amazing tour. Our guide was very nice and told amazing and funny stories during the trip. There was not much time when we could enjoy the lovely Loch Ness, and the air conditioner on the bus was not too good. Apart from that, everything was perfect. I really enjoyed this tour and had an lovely time in Edinburgh. Thank you.

The tour guide was amazing, his knowledge over occurrences in the past, i.e. history, was spectacular. I had gone with my parents and my mom has a post graduate degree in history and was so able to appreciate the detail in which he narrated the stories of Jacobite revolution etc. Scenes were great, he was superb and bus was good too.

Best tour I've been on during my trip to Europe. Guide was really awesome and knowledgeable. Goes through the most scenic parts of Scotland definitely.

My husband and I didn't know what to expect. We did know that it would be a 12 hour trip from Edinburgh to Loch Ness and back in the evening. The length of the time wasn't a problem. We enjoyed our driver so much. The vans that the company uses are very comfortable. A beautiful day of weather helped alot. I would recommend the driver/tour guide as part of the entire experience. He was engaging with his stories, funny and a safe driver all at the same time.
My only problem was that at the end of a very long trip when the guide talked and told stories most of the time, my husband and I were the only one's that tipped him. 12 hour days, talking and being in charge of the experience of 15 people deserves some sort of recognition. If you choose to do this tour, and enjoy yourself, please show it, by tipping the guide.
