Very interesting tour. Boeing certainly look after their guests and give them a very close look at their assembly lines.
This was a great experience. Pick up and delivery were flawless and our driver was a great character who told us a lot about Seattle.
Dan was an excellent guide, not only telling us about the history of Boeing but also many interesting facts about the city of Seattle.
LOVED the Boeing factory tour. This was my favorite activity on my recent trip to Seattle. I could have spent the whole day at the factory, but I understand why it is not possible. Security and safety are a priority. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The bus driver that drove us to the plant was born and raised in Seattle. He pointed out many great things about the city along the way. The lady who guided our tour throught the plant, has been involved with the Boeing plant for many years and you could tell her heart was in it! If you are visiting Seattle, this tour is a must!!
we had a great tour driver who gave us the best information about where to go for the best food and entertainment. He was also very knowledgeable about the boeing factory. Prompt, on time and overall a great day for us.
Couldn't recommend this tour enough. The bus driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, giving you plenty of info about the Seattle area and Boeing itself. Once at the Boeing factory ahead of schedule he arranged an earlier tour for us. The factory tour itself is very well organised, fascinating and above all a must. Would happily take this tour again in future.
Wow is the best way to describe this tour seeing is believing and this place had it all. I had to drag My husband out. This is a MUST in going to Seattle. Thank you everyone
Being an engineer, seeing the largest building by volume and planes being assembled was always going to be a winner. We went on a Saturday only due to our travel programme so there were only skeleton staff on assembly line, but it was still worth it. We did the Viator tour because we didn't have a rented vehicle in downtown Seattle, and Dan our tour guide was great. At the factory, our tour guide Tim was very knowledgeable and the tour was extremely informative. Unfortunately no pics of our own, but the chance of dropping a phone or camera from the floor above could seriously hurt a worker or damage a plane. We were able to leave our belongings in the Viator tour bus with Dan. Also, we had the chance to see two Dreamlifters parked outside. Note: if you want more technical info, stick close to the tour guide to be able to ask. Tim answered all of my questions :
The whole tour was awesome. Carlton was an absolute gem and made the bus trip very enjoyable. The lady taking the Boeing tour was also very informative...couldn't believe the size of the buildings and seeing what goes into making a plane...highly recommended.
Fantastic! A real eye-opener. The size of the operation is unbelievable whilst at the same time is very organised. Would lave to have gone through again if time has permitted Maybe some other time.
Worth every cent.
Loved this tour - being an airline employee made it even more special. We were only in Seattle for 2 days and didn't want to rent a car, so this option worked best for us. Our driver was knowledgable, interesting and made the trip fun. Highly recommend this tour of Boeing!
We absolutely loved our tour of the Boeing factory and have recommended it to our fellow travellers.
Adrea Brunskill and David Kirby
An excellent and very informative tour. Our tour guide, James from Show Me Seatte, went to great lengths to ensure everyone got the most from their tour. He told us the history of Boeing with lots of interesting anecdotes. On arrival at Boeing we had a while to look around at the exhibits before being whisked off for a fantastic tour of the factory. It is such a fascinating tour, it would appeal to everyone who has every flown anywhere. Suddenly you are so much more aware of what you are flying in and how it is put together. The size of the factory is mind-blowing! James later took us around the back of the factory to see the wings being strength tested - truly amazing. Thoroughly recommended!!
Brilliant. Well worth going and seeing how the aircraft are built. Also some interaction.
I was travelling with friends who were very keen to do this tour so I just went along. I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. This tour was fantastic. Everyone who flies should see this factory.
Driver was very informative and the Boeing factory was great, learnt a lot on how they make the planes.
The experience was fantastic. Just what we expected. The tour driver was very good.
