Elliott's Clam Chowder - The award winning clam chowder from Elliott's Oyster House made with tiny littleneck clams and rich cream.

Gathered Greens - Baby field greens tossed with stone ground mustard and rosemary vinaigrette, shaved Bartlett pear, crumbled feta cheese and roasted red pepper

Entrees:
Macadamia Nut Halibut - Halibut with macadamia nut crust served with pink guava sauce and ginger beurre blanc, pineapple rice and seasonal vegetable



Wild Chinook Salmon - Chargrilled Alaskan King salmon with smoked tomato beurre blanc, market vegetables, and garlic parmesan mashed potatoes

Grilled Portobello - Served with garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes, fire roasted tomatoes, grilled and seasonal vegetables and topped with smoked tomato vinaigrette

Caribbean Calypso Chicken - Chicken breast marinated in fresh lime juice, garlic and serrano chiles, sauteed and served with rum-laced fruit salsa, plantains and Seattle rice

Desserts:
Red Velvet Cake - Red velvet cake layered with white chocolate mousse and served with fresh berries, raspberry sauce and shaved white chocolate
