Easy! Didn't have to worry about catching a cab and took us straight to our hotel. Highly recommended
Was good but need to update their pickup point at airport as the information provided was incorrect so had to go looking as they had moved
Great driver but the bus was not Yellow but blue and it was an awful long way from our baggae collection - a small map would assist
Very hard to find pick up point . ASt other end of airport. A long way to carry luggage. were not organised when we found them and again another two hour trip to hotel would rather catch taxi.
Departure Point at Seattle Airport difficult to find.
Chaos reigned at check in point. They had to go off for ages and validate our vouchers and there wernt enough mini buses for the all the passengers waiting. However the lady driver who eventually took us gave a very informative intro. to the city and we enjoyed our transfer into Seattle.

FYI: THERE IS NO BIG YELLOW BUS!! Found this out after we walked all over the Seattle Airport and found the desk we were supposed to check in at directing us to another location in the airport garage. Thanks to the help of another bus agent, we found our way. It was very frustrating experience, especially for two senior citizens in a strange airport. Please check out this shuttle service and get the right information. It is called the Downtown Airporter, but it is handled by a different company. Thank you, Helen Winiarz
The directions to the bus location at SeaTac airport were incorrect. We walked a long distance, were sent back to begining area, and were still unable to find "the yellow bus". The bus was actually blue and operated by another company. Billed as the cheapest fare downtown didn;t take into account the brand new light rail which was $2.50 and $1.25 for seniors. Fortunately the bus driver was friendly and had a sense of humor.
Seattle airport is difficult enough with having to catch a train to the baggage carousel! This shuttle does not leave from the location of all the other shuttles - you have to go outside the terminal to board. Come up the stairs/escalator/lift, turn right and head out of the terminal to the boarding area.
My experience was terrible. The directions on the website took me to door 00 at SEA TAC airport. You have not picked up their in over a year. When I finally found the pick up location, the check in line was a fiasco and then I had to sit and wait for my name to be called. A full 2 hours after my flight landed, i was on the shuttle. I will never take it again. I told you because you need to know.
I usually give good reviews but I can't today. The information and phone numbers were all wrong. See, I paid ahead by coming to this website, and printed off the receipt. Part of the receipt had the details about how to get to the shuttle and and phone numbers to call for any problems. Well, I waited 45+ minutes and then saw the shuttle I wanted off in the distance. I called the numbers for help to see what was the problem and they weren't even working. I had to call the hotel and they told me the shuttle had to be caught way off on the other side. I had to use an escalator and an elevator and walk quite a ways to get there. Then I had to stand in line anyway. By the time I got to the hotel I must have lost an unneeded hour and a half. Given that I only had one half day to look around Seattle before my conference started, I was not too happy with the experience. I should note that this site didn't say how often the shuttles come so I didn't know how long to wait before calling. It turns out there are shuttles arriving every 20 minutes. That's pretty good, and the people were friendly. I gave the friendly driver a good tip for all his helpful answers to our questions. Of note, the shuttles don't start in the morning till too late for early morning flights home. Most of the people at my conference took taxies back to the airport.
Hopeless. The directions given to me by Viator were completely wrong as the operator had moved their desk a month before apparently. So after flying for 20 hours, I wheeled my luggage from Carousel 15 all the way to Carousel 1, and looked for Door 00, only to find a sign (and another disgruntled traveller) that says I have to go back to Carousel 9, go up the elevator, cross the road to the garages, go back down a level, and look for the red trolley bus---which I found, but nobody was there. I went and asked someone at another shuttle place, and they said to go back to the red trolley bus. Still nobody there. Ventured out onto the road and after standing in the wrong spot for 20 minutes, I ran after a moving Grayline shuttle. Eventually it stopped, and after the driver had a break, we left for Seattle. No commentary at all from the driver during the trip, just him beeping his horn at other drivers. When we arrived at the Sheraton, I had to get my own bag out of the back of the van. I won't be using this operator again.
