Viator was excellent, and the tour is great as a general overview of Boeing.

A must for all your plane enthusiasts to see planes actually being assembled, absolutely amazing.

The factory was awesome, but the time allocated for the tour too short. Our driver was late and then the roads to the motorway were closed, so he had to find another way which meant we had about 10 minutes in the Future of Flight Museum before being rushed off to the factory, The film was little more than a promotion, very little meaty info about Boeing. The factory tour was good, but by the time we got back we still had very little time to finish in the museum before we were rushed back onto the bus. It was very disappointing, and might have been better to hire our own car and take our time.

I should have done more research. We could have driven to the Boeing factory ourselves. Cost of the tour at Boeing was 15.00 per person. The shuttle ride was very bumpy. The mic system was not working. I spent additional money when I didn't have to. The factory was great and worth a 15.00 ticket.

What we saw was interesting, but too rushed. There were too many people in the group, and for those who wanted to see more on show in the display area, there wasn't enough time after the tour through the assembly area.

The Boeing tour was great but not with Viator.
