Driver was safe, friendly and sufficient. He was a immigrant who is now a citizen who works for a living and appreciates America and all the freedoms as well as responsibilities.
Our driver was very good. He new a lot about the area and told us about the highlights of Seattle.
Well organized at Seattle cruise port with uniformed Shuttle Express employees along the way to the van parking location to cheerfully guide us. Lined us up for the SeaTac airport destination, loaded our bags, and even offered bottled water on board. Clean van, nice ride to airport, unloaded our bags and no surprises. Fare was set in advance, so no worries about a taxi getting delayed in traffic.
Courteous prompt attention and a smooth run to the airport
The shuttle bus people had no record of my booking - eventually after a couple of calls by them everything was ok. Nice bus, good driver, great price
I'll start with the good. The driver was the sweetest guy! Really enjoyed his demeanor and helpfulness.
The bad. The customer service over the phone sucks. After waiting 35 mins to finally get someone on the phone they transferred me to the wrong place and I had to call back and wait again.
Locating the pickup location at Pier 66 was unclear and required 2 calls to resolve. The ride to the airport went well.
The lady driver had to load all the baggage because her helper had not shown up. We helped her lift some heavy bags. Our departure from the pier was slow and disorganized. The trip to the airport was unremarkable.
Had to call in to tell them we were in Seattle. It took a 1/2 hour to find our reservation, then it took another 40 mins to pick us up.
No information given as where to meet; who to look for. We waited 45 minutes or more to figure out what to do once we wereat port. Very very poorly informed on necessary information to ake our connection. If I had not had a cell phonebwevwould have had to pay for otherbtransport
Unfortunately although I had the printed receipt from Viator, Go Shuttle did not have the booking. The staff kept us waiting in the cold for 45 minutes whilst trying to verify the booking with their office, and at one the office staff point told me the booking was with another company - despite us calling the number on the booking information! Please review your booking procedures with Go Shuttle.
