Day 1: Seville -- Granada
You’ll be picked up from your Seville hotel or central Seville in the morning and taken on a pleasant journey along the route taken by Washington Irving, author of Tales of the Alhambra. Enjoy the stunning Andalusian scenery as you make your way to Granada.
Begin with an insightful walking tour of the city’s historical side with your guide. See Granada Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, Isabel la Católica Square and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Albaicin Quarter.
Wander through winding cobblestone streets and find beautiful white-washed buildings, splendid Arabic shops and restaurants, scenic gardens and spectacular views of Granada and the Alhambra. After your tour, have free time to explore on your own and enjoy a traditional Spanish meal (own expense).
Learn about Granada’s use of water, a hallmark of its Moorish tradition, as seen in its plentiful fountains, pools, trickling streams and Arabian hammam.
Head to the hamman, where you'll relax in the baths, letting a soothing waft of essential oils surround you. There are seven pools with different temperatures to choose from, each giving you a heavenly state of calm. If any stress lingers, you can treat yourself to an optional massage (additional cost).

Visit more halls and courtyards including Palace of Charles V, Salon of the Embajadores (Ambassadors Hall), the Royal Baths and the Patio de los Leones (Lions Courtyard), and learn about the incredible Moorish architecture.
