Our particular Alhambra guide was inexperienced, compared to the others we overheard. Not advised in advance that court of lions was under repair.

We had good guides, and this was a trip worth taking. The Alhambra is fantastic! The trip was well organized, although the info on the pickup point could have been more specific. It was nice to have some free time for lunch and shopping in Granada.

Great tour, comfy bus, great rest stop. Both tour guides on the bus and at the site were good! Our only complaint was not having adequate time in the town of Granada itself - this was actually the fault of 2 people who returned to the bus 30 minutes late and held things up thus depriving everyone else of extra time. Our guide was put in a tough spot however, the trip could've been extended by another 30-45 minutes so as not to deprive everyone else. After visiting the Alhambra, we had time only to eat and not see anything of the old city of Granada, which we heard was quite wonderful.

The pickup place is convenient. The tour in the palace is a bit rushed. It's preferable that the guide brings us to Albasyn to take pictures of the Alhambra from a distance.

When I first booked the trip I was a little doubtful whether my fifteen year old goddaughter would appreciate the trip. I needn't have worried - she started saying 'Wow'! as soon as we got off the coach and continued to do so for the next two hours - until I told her to stop in fact! The tour guide at the Alhambra was excellent and the palace and gardens sensational. Well worth getting up at 5am for!

It was a really well-done, well-thought out, well-planned tour.

The trip was very well organised. Our tour guide at the Alhambra was excellent and, we were well looked after by the driver and the guide on the bus. The pick up and drop of times were as specified. We had a wonderful day and would use your services again.

We were told we were going to have an English speaking tour guide. Well there were about 30 people in our tour group. The lady spoke Spanish and English at the same time and was very hard to hear and follow. The bus ride was good but I thought this trip was overpriced, the tour was not that great! However the Alhambra was awesome. I just could of gone with out the tour.

The tour of the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens was good, but it was a little rushed because of a lack of coordination upon arrival. The tour guide was excellent in his knowledge and communications. We waited on the bus for about a half hour and almost did not get in since we were past the time on the tickets. This wasted a half hour, and the early departure of the bus, at 3:30 instead of 4:00, left only an hour of free time instead of the promised two hours. I had hoped to shop for crafts but didn't have a chance.

The tour and the local Alhambra guide were excellent and good value-for-money. The visiting time in the Alhambra Palace, however, was unnecessarily limited by a 2-3 hour allowance for lunch in Granada. There should have been a choice built in to spend this time in the Palace Gardens or to take lunch. As it was, the balance between travel and lunch and the main experience was far from satisfactory.
