Was in Seville for only five days and decided to take the day trip to Granada. It was incredible.. I highly recommend it!
This was an amazing experience. This was my first booking through Viator that too at the last minute but it turned out a great experience. The local pickup from hotel and the tour guide Sylvia was just amazing. I had a wonderful time. Keep it up. I will rate this experience as 5 star with no hesitation. The only thing that can be improved is the wait time on telephone to talk to an agent. When traveling in a foreign country one can not afford to wait on phone for 10-15 min.
I loved the tour! Carmen, and Felipe were knowledgeable and very pleasant.
This tour was excellent our bus driver and our tour guide was informative and they even told us where to eat in Sevilla which was the BEST place we'd eaten the whole holiday (I'm sorry I can't remember the name of it but it's an old fish market in Sevilla just before Triana that sells amazing black rice paella)!!
The Alhambra was beautiful and there is a lovely view of it for a panoramic photo from the Albicin quarter which is very pretty.
We were very pleased we were able to take this day trip from Seville. Although it was an early start, Manuel was a good driver and the small Mercedes bus was comfortable so many napped til the snack and stretch break midway enroute. Carmen was an excellent tour guide and interacted with English and Spanish speakers. Our guide at the Alhambra was also excellent. The only disappointment was that it was not a bit warmer!! It is an amazing site. The walk and lunch in the Albaicin went by quickly but provided a good view of the Alhambra. We have no hesitancy in recommending this tour.
Our trip was great! Sylvia was a charming and very knowledgeable guide. We didn;t have the best weather but were provided with umbrellas and had plenty of time to explore.
Sylvia was ABSOLUTELY the best. Jesus, too, he kept it real. They were both very professional, explanatory and punctual. I could have not have asked for a better way to discover this city.
It was wonderful/ our guide Sylvie was very nice and had so much information. We did not wait in one line all day and the stops on the highway were delicious!! highly recommend this trip!
Tour was great and bus ride to and from was really nice and scenic. I'd recommend skipping the Albaicin Tour though. It wasn't a good value for the money, though heavily pushed to those on board who don't sign up for the tour with their original booking. The tour guide at Alhambra Palace makes the day but they are subcontracted and not part of the tour company itself.
Overall, a well organized trip. Ferdinand, the guide at Alhambra, was very good. A little more time to spend in Granada would have been nice.
This tour was amazing! Both Silvia (our tour in the bus) and Gus (our local guide in Alhambra) were great, they were very knowledgeable, their English was very good, both of them were very funny and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour! Thanks to Silvia and Gus who just made our trip to Granada very special, also thanks to the bus driver!
Wonderful trip! We (4 women group) enjoyed the tour very mucn.

This tour was perfect. The place is marvelous and our guide Silvia was outstanding.
Great trip, enjoyed every moment of it. Our guide Silvia was very jovial and entertaining .
Really enjoyed this tour of Alhambra, it was definitely more worthwhile being told what things were rather than trying to seeing everything yourself. It was busier on the Sunday, weekdays might be less busier. Didn't opt for the optional afternoon tour but went into town instead and enjoyed the city of Granada too. Recommended if your looking for a day trip from Seville.
was a great trip , our guide new so much about the area. she made it every enjoyable, i liked that these trips are smaller groups, made it more personal and i was able to ask questions with out any problems
Worth waking up at 5 in the morning! You abolsutely need a guide or you'll get lost in the Alhambra. The optional Albaycin tour was good and I recommend the Estrellas restaurant!
Carmen, our Seville guide and driver picked us up at 6am to embark on a 3.5h journey to Granada to see the amazing architecture of Alhambra. We had a great local guide, Philippe, who was extremely patient at explaining everything twice - in English and Spanish. He did a great job! 2 thumbs up!
Great tour and very informative. A very long day ending up over 12 hours because of journey to and fro. Recommend travelers not to plan a hectic day the day after.
A well organised excellent tour! Well worth the early pick up time which is essential to get the best out of the day visit. The telephone re confirmation of the pick up time and place condition was a little frustrating but I understand why it is done. We had some trouble getting through on the Saturday morning for our Monday trip. However our hotel was fantastic and kept trying for us! Our guide on the mini bus (Carlos) was extremely kind, helpful and well organised. Although his English was at times difficult to understand he was obviously trying very hard and all credit to him! Everything went according to plan and he handed us over to the amazing Gustavo our guide for the Alhambra palace. He is an absolutely charming young man. His tour was both knowledgeable, interesting and witty. Just the right balance. The add on tour to the Albacian was certainly worth the view ( and gave us some stunning photos) but wasn't much of a tour ( we felt we hadn't paid for it as we had a discount) and had we known we may have been tempted just to skip it and pop into Granada. However time was limited so all in all a very memorable day.
This tour was excellent. It was an early start with a pick up time of 6.am as we were the first collected. Manual our driver was on time and introduced himself and was very pleasant. Silivia our guide helped collect the other guests and we were on our way. Silivia gave us time to have a rest until our breakfast stop at 8.30 for half an hour. There were toilets and a good cafe that offered a good selection of food and drinks to purchase.Back on the small comfortable bus, Silivia told us all about Spanish culture and general knowledge about the area and before we knew it we had reached our destination of the Alhambra. We all spoke English so luckily for us Silivia could tell us more than if she had to speak a few languages. In Alhambra our English speaking guide was Victor who made the visit really worthwhile As he only had to speak English, he had time and share the information in an interesting, charming and entertaining way walking at a nice pace so we did not get either tired or bored. The tour lasted over 3 hours and we meet up again with Silivia who put us in taxies and paid for us to travel up the hill to nearby Albaicin to join her on the guided walking tour. This tour with Silivia was really worth taking and the views of the Alhambra were amazing. We had an hour for lunch and rejoined the tour of the rest of Albaicin and scenic parts of Granada down to meet the bus. This part of the tour is all downhill so easy and enjoyable and took 45 minutes. On the way home Silivia continued to fill us in on some extra information and we had a rest until the stop again at the same cafe as we went to in the morning. The journey is 3 hours each way but we got back at 7 pm so we had time for a rest before dinner. Silivia is a very special person who is perfect as a guide for such a long day. She has amazing knowledge of her subject and shares it in an entertaining and happy way. Manual, Victor and Silivia made our trip to Granada a special day of happy, treasured memories.
