The organisation, the quality of the tour, the value for money was absolutely great. We arrived on time, we saw as much as possible, and the balance of the free time was good, as well.

It was rainy and cold outside, but the palace and gardens were beautiful. The tour guide gave us a lot of information, and it was definitely a good experience.

It was a long drive, but the sights were awesome.

Perhaps due to the significant number of people visiting the Alhambra palace, the time allotted in this trip to seeing the inside of the palace is somewhat limited. Instead, the time is filled with a bit too much walking through the gardens that, although pleasant and with some fabulous views of the towns around, are not really the main attraction we wanted to see.

Had a great day; got picked up on time and didn't have to wait. The tour guides we had, both on the way there and then at the Alhambra, did a great job. The coach was comfortable, and there were stops to rest and grab coffee and snacks, as well as a 2 hour lunch break in Granada to explore the town area.

Good guide and so beautiful! Bus had poor A/C for the hot summers. Even so, would recommend this trip.

Since we stayed in an apartment pick-up was at 610 outside a post office nearby. Bus was on time. '3 hour tour' with local guide at Alhambra stretched to 4 hours, leaving only 1 hour in Granada to get lunch no time to shop or explore. I would suggest bringing a lunch to eat on the bus, leaving more time in Granada center.

Great guide. Tour felt rushed, but I guess that is to be expected when factoring in the travel time to and from Seville.

Guide on bus to Granada was a little difficult to understand despite speaking English. Guide at Alhambra was excellent. Directions to restaurant for lunch were very good; the restaurant was excellent. Good timing, prompt departures, etc.

The guide on the way to Granada did not say a word for 3 hours each way. However, the English-speaking guide at the Alhambra was the best guide we had in the whole trip to Spain. He guided us through Alhambra for the whole 3.5 hours. During that time, he shared an overwhelming wealth of information and history. Overall, the trip was worth it. Alhambra visit is an absolute must if you are touring anywhere in Andalusia. Only 1.5 hours was given to explore Granada; this time includes lunch. Definitely not enough time! Once you are dropped off in Granada, you are absolutely on your own. Guide did not even give accurate directions to the center of town. I am not sure if taking a train to Granada and then taking the same tour from there to Alhambra would be time saving and more cost-effective - something to consider.

It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive to see the Alhambra. The motor coach was very comfortable; guide on the coach was entertaining. The tour through the Alhambra was a bit fast paced; the guide lost part of our group at one point, but we did find him. There is so much ground to cover; don't know how you could slow it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It was worth the early start.

My hotel pickup was missed, but the travel agency and tour guide were efficient enough to fix the problem immediately, so at least I did not miss the tour. It was nice to have all transportation, admission and tour arranged. However, we feel that we were rushed during the guided tour at the Alhambra and did not have enough time to look around. It was nice to have some free time in Granada. However, it was during siesta time and everything was closed.

Our particular Alhambra guide was inexperienced, compared to the others we overheard. Not advised in advance that court of lions was under repair.

We had good guides, and this was a trip worth taking. The Alhambra is fantastic! The trip was well organized, although the info on the pickup point could have been more specific. It was nice to have some free time for lunch and shopping in Granada.
