exellent day trip. the Tio Pepe experience was great and the horse show is one of a kind. the next place Cadiz is beautifull and several restaurants for a great lunch.
overall i would highly recommend this day trip and close to seville you will arrive relaxed and ready for night tapas.
Before we started, we were a bit concerned about the length of the trip. In fact, it was not a problem. The timing at each stop is just right and we really enjoyed the day. The guides were very knowledgeable and horses really do dance!
Great trip...we had Javier as our guide and Ramon as our driver. They were both excellent. Javier gave us tidbits during the ride to Jerez de la Frontera and then once in Cadiz, we had some free time to either grab some lunch or tour the sites on our own. We were prepared with our own notes, we picked up a map and then took in some of the sites...and left enough time to enjoy a well-earned beer before boarding the van. The visit to the Gonzalez-Byass Bodega was very good...alot of info and the guide was very nice and besides giving us the facts, provided us with local tidbits. She was very good. The horse ballet at the Fundacion Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre was very nice...shame one cannot take photos or videos. All in all a very nice trip and it made us realize we need to make a separate full-day trip to see Cadiz...it's beautiful, one of the oldest cities in Spain, and there's LOTS to see.
Thank you Javier for an amazing day! Sherry tasting, Andalusian horses, and a lovely tour of the port city of Cadiz. This was a great way to see the beauty of Andalusia!
Well this was the best experience of my stay . Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The whole day ran smoothly, the horses were beautiful just ap shame we could not take phtograghs, even after the show. Enjoyed the whole day immensely , thank you
The guide was very knowledgable and very personable. Perfect itinerary led by a perfect guide and driver. Especially liked that it was a small bus with only a few fellow travelers.
This was a wonderful full-day trip and we enjoyed every minute of it!! The sherry tasting and tour was great, and being horse people, we were thrilled to watch the equestrian show in Jerez. Everyone on our bus agreed to forgo the boat ride to Cadiz, thankfully, and so we went by bus and had lots of time there for a lunch and sightseeing. We were lucky enough to have the most remarkable young woman for a guide - Melissa, whose bubbly personality and wonderful commentary lasted the whole trip and each and every one of us on the bus hugged her when it was over! She is truly a remarkable person and she made this trip one of the best we had on our trip to Spain.
The oldest city in Europe! 3,000 years old! The horse show was amazing; the wine tasting was fun and interesting. We even saw a barrel that was owned by Robert Wagner.
Great trip, though I think it may be better in reverse with more time in Cadiz.
Our entire day was great! The sherry tour was very interesting and enjoyable. The horse show was beautiful and quite memorable. We stopped for lunch in Santa Maria, and afterwards took a ferry to Cadiz, which was very interesting as well as surprising. Our guide "Tiger" did a great job!
Todo las paradas cumplieron con nuestras expectativas y más! La visita a Jeréz y a la Bodega de Domeq fue fantástica y la guia turística en Cadiz fue la mejor!!!

The tour of the winery was wonderful, even the kids enjoyed it. The equestrian show was magnificent and the boat ride to Cadiz very enjoyable. Cadiz is beautiful. The whole experience was fantastic and well worth the price.
we liked the show but we dont like the way horses are forced to go up on their feer
Can't praise our guide, Xavier, highly enough. He was charming and very informative. The tour of the sherry producer was very interesting and the horses beautiful. Not very long in Cadiz but enough for a bite to eat and a look around the centre. The trip was very well organised.
Great day out. This day trip was very enjoyable and would recommend to anyone.

This is a good tour.
At first we wanted to go to Cadiz and the reviews stressed the equestrian ballet and the sherry tour. The more we thought about, the more we got interested in those two activities. We are glad we did the tour.
The tour guide Javier was really good. He was nice, energetic and knowledgeable.
The equestrian ballet was a joy to the horse fans and those with little knowledge of horses. It was very interesting.
The sherry tour was also interesting.
The only recommendations is that they make the tour about two hours longer so that more time can be spent in Cadiz. The trip returns around 6-7pm, which for Spain is very early. I suggest they leave more time in Cadiz and return about 8 or 9.
In sum, the tour is worth taking. You will enjoy.
I really enjoyed this tour as well. Tasting sherry in the morning wasn't as desirable but the horse show was great. I felt our guide was keen and wanting to please us but some of his historical information was different than I heard with the Road Scholar tour I was on for 2 weeks. I did not question him, however, as it was not that important. I recommend this tour.
A great day out. The visit to one of the foremost Sherry producers was a real eye opener. The scale and technical detail was well described by our guide. The visit to the 'Dancing ponies/horses' was also a superb experience. The only downside being the "No photo's" rule. (Copyright) so we have no record other than our memories. The visit to Cadiz could have been better planned with 'lunch' being taken between 3pm and 4pm. Which was pretty much all the time we had there. No time for a guided walking tour, which would have been appreciated. I would have been happy to return an hour later to fit this in. The two photo stops were pretty uninteresting locations so they could be dropped.
Overall the trip was worth the expense as we would not otherwise have visited the places on the itinerary.
Would have preferred to do wine tasting after the show so it was not in the morning but an afternoon event.
very good trip, excelent tour guide and very well though out, will recommend to every one.
We boarded our very clean, comfortable and air conditioned coach just a few minutes away from our Hotel. The Guide was friendly and helpful although it was rather difficult to understand her due to fast speech and Spanish accent. The Tio Pepe Sherry visit was very interesting and we had a short film to watch which was really good. The highlight for me has to be the The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, the horses were fantastic WOW ! There was not a lot of time in Cadiz but enough to have some food and a quick walk around. I would definitely recommend this tour
