Very interesting tour. We were lucky to be the only persons attending the tour so it was like a private tour for us. The visit of fishnet garden was really nice and the Zhouzhuang watervillage is maybe the best water village in China :- Definitely worth to visit ...

Excellent tour, especially Zhouzhuang water village. Our tour guide. Frank, was great.
This is a nice change of pace from being in Shanghai. The gardens in Suzhou are beautiful and Zhouzhuang, while crowded, was very pretty. I was very impressed with the travel agency, not only because of the itinerary but because apparently I was the only person to book the tour for that day. May travel agencies would have canceled because of this. This travel agency sent me on my own private tour at no extra cost.
This was an excellent trip. We had a private tour of the water village which was fantastic. We loved
the silk factory. The meal at lunch time was excellent. Our tour guide Rita was friendly and easy to talk to.
Can't complain one bit.
Amazing places that are out of this World. Zhouzhuang is so unique and beautiful. Would go back and spend an overnight in one of the bed and breakfast in the village.
Had a wonderful time. The gondola ride was the highlight. Got a glimpse of China that you don't see in the large cities.
Very unique and picturesque. Enjoyed the gondola ride in canal. Worth the time and money. Long walk to village from bus parking. Walk thru narrow village streets was rushed.
What a phenomenal day. The overcast grey sky didn't deter the enthusiasm of our guide Joy as she led us through a fantastic day in two City's outside of Shanghai. Zhouzhang was incredible, with the arched bridges and the trees in bloom. The private gardens in Suzhou were remarkable. Having seen the reproduction the Ming Room in New York it was so much more to see the real thing. If you have a day to spend in Shanghai and want to experience something truly wonderful, I can't recommend this trip enough
This was excellent. I went on this tour in mid-January, and it was a small tour of only 4 people due to it being off-season. Frank was our tour guide, and he was knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The silk factory and Zhouzhuang Water Village were the highlights. Lunch was Chinese, but a more western version so suitable for a more broader demographic. Overall, Viator was responsive when I had a change in my itinerary, and they arrived on time to my hotel.
Our guide, Frank, made our tour very informative, relaxing and gave a good insight into the history of Suzhou and the water village. A great tour and fantastic guide.
The tour and our guide Frank were excellent, I would gladly recommend it. Frank was well presented and spoke excellent English with an in-depth knowledge of the region and the sites.
Nice experience. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this tour to friends.
Wonderful trip! I would highly recommend this company to help you plan your next trip. I love the smaller group setting. Fren, our guide was very knowledgeable. The lunch was the only thing that was average, very touristy destination for lunch I would have appreciated a smaller locals spot!
Quite spectacular and we had a wonderful time exploring the water city. Better than Venice? Almost!
It was well organized and interesting. We enjoyed the trip.
the water village and silkworm factory were the highlights of the trip. a great day out of Shanghai city.. extremely lucky it was a small group - only me and another person, so no delays or dramas! highly recommend tour experience.
This tour was excellent. However, the pick-up and drop off time was way too long. We were told to be in the lobby at 7:15 AM, was not picked up until 8:45AM and did not return back to our hotel until 8:00PM.
Very interesting tour. Beautiful water town. Our guide Jackie was well informed.
I think shopping stops in government controlled, expensive shops should be optional and only occur if the majority on the bus wants them. For some of us this was a third silk factory demonstration.
I have no hesitation in recommending this trip
The water cities and the countryside outside Beijing are amazing. Great way to see it.
Excellent tour and tour guide providing a fsacinating insight into aspects of ancient China s well as its fascinating water ways, particularly in ZhouZhuang. A long day but well worth the trip and the small group made the experience even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommended this tour. This is Chinees Venez we had a very good time.
Our tour guide Friend was very knowledgeable.
