excellent is the only word.lovely gentleman who picked us up as arranged and saw us through the airport as far as security would allow and even filled in our exit visa forms.
we have used viator before and could not recomend them highly enough.fantastic service.please do not be robbed buy all the local taxis,book through viator before you go.
This is the third year in a row we have used you for the Departure Transfer to Sharm el Sheikh Airport. The queue for our flight was long and the Viator Rep got us checked in really quickly at another check in desk. I will be using you again for my trip next year. I would highly recommend booking the arrival and departure transfers through Viator

Well worth the money to go through the airport security and checking in procedures with very little hassle. Would definitely do the same again. Our transfer with tour operator was already paid for but am so pleased I paid for our little extra!
Great-We were picked up at the hotel promptly. At the airport it was incredibly busy but they opened a new line for us and we were the first through. Then he brought us right to the security area and told us which gate to wait at when we were through. Very easy and efficient.
Excellent Service. This is the second year we have used you for the arrival and departure transfer at Sharm el Shiekh and we were again impressed with the service. We were picked up at the Hotel and were not left until we had our bags checked in and were given information on how to proceed to departures. I would highly recommend this service.

Very helpful at the airport.
Viator knows what their clients need. The transfer from hotel back to airport was good. The representative picked us up on time and followed us through security and stayed with us through check in. He made sure everything was in order before leaving us, as we walked to our gate.
We were met early, had a guided tour on the way to the airport and were accomapanied to ensure there were no problems checking onto our flight. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic. Viator rep was at the hotel promptly, helped with luggage, directed us right through to departure gate, filled out departure cards and got an extra desk opened for us as queue was big.
Prompt, spacious and helpful. The driver and guide couldn't do enough for us, even coming into the airport and helping with the departure visa process and getting the bags on the conveyor belt at check-in. More expensive than some but worth the extra.
