Palermo slowly seduces you...it is so old and there is so much history! Very interesting to see all the architecture from the vantage point of the top of the bus. Worth paying the 7 dollar supplement to go up to Monreale!
The tour was great! Too bad it was so darn cold out! I got brain freeze on the upper deck and had to go down while my family braved the elements and got all the good pictures! The bus was nice, the tour was informative, Sicily was very cool. The ONLY down side was the gals not making a line or a queue to get on the bus. We didn't get on the first bus, either did the 6 people in front of us. When the next one came, instead of lining up, it was a mob. So many pushing and shoving we didn't think we were going to get on. I know Europeans aren't famous for "lining up" but it was pretty ridiculous. Highly recommend otherwise!
The buses ran regularly and covered all the major attractions. It was nice to find that all our headsets worked as well.
Overall, this was great tour. I love the fact you can see the entire city, get your bearings, then investigate on your own. Try it, you will love it!
We have good time and thanks to hop on hop off me and all the family saw a lot of Palermo.

Very enjoyable.
Yes we enjoyed this tour. Convenient stop just outside the cruise port. Very often on all tours headsets are not working. Expensive for a couple of hours and we feel cheated when we need to keep moving seats.
Professional and polite crew.

It was a great way to see all the sites of the city in just a few hours! Sometimes the bus was full and you had to wait for the next one but overall we really enjoyed it. A great way to check out the city especially during siesta time when all the shops are closed for the afternoon.

We were in Palermo for one day as a cruise port of call and found this to be a great way to see a lot of sights, in a short time. We loved the fact that the buses did circulate every thirty minutes so we could exit the bus and plan how long we would stay at the stop. a really informative tour, and pleasant staff too.
Photographic opportunities are limited since bus is almost constantly moving.
Hard to fnd! not on any sort of schedule that I could figure...
We had booked the trip in the morning through the internet and walked to one of the points where the bus should stop, but no bus came for nearly 1 hour. So we started walking the route of the bus but until 2pm, we didn't see 1 bus. Then we saw 1 and ran to the next stop to catch it. (was very hard to do in the heat of the day and already on our feet since 10am!) They said that there was a strike in the city and that they couldn't go the route they intended to. It messed up our whole day. The bus can be booked anywhere on the route right in the bus. So people, don't bother buying it online- buy the ticket on the bus!!! The tour itself was ok!
