Beautiful old ship and a memorable and enjoyable evening with a different view of Singapore.

Perfect weather added to a lovely evening watching the Singapore skyline gradually come alight at dusk whilst eating a lovely buffet. We would have preferred a few other Western options but couldn't really complain about the quality. The staff were smart, courteous and obliging.

The cruise was mostly enjoyable, but the buffet dinner was a little light and could have had more variety on the selection of food.

Very nice and relaxing evening we had. We loved the ship - very stylish and colorful. We thought drinks were a bit pricey. Food was good but very limited choices. In regards of quantity - it was plenty of it but quality wasn't so good in our opinion. Quite a few people got upset because plates with food were collected before they'd finished eating; some people left the plate with food on the table and went out to take photos or enjoy the view and when they came back, the tables were already cleared. My partner also went out to take some photos and if I hadn't stayed at the table, they would taken away his glass with Singapore Sling which was still half full. Apart from that we enjoyed a tour and had a lovely time. One more thing - you will need to organize your own transport to and from the cruise!

The buffet food could have been better. I thought I was in for something different and special, but turned out to be like any other buffet I can get from catering. The serving portion was kind of little. Especially when there's only 1 serving of drink, orange juice, seems to be giving me an impression that it's kind of stingy. It definitely provides a marvellous sea view and the whole cruise's lighting was commendable. There was a point where it stopped behind Sentosa for the music fountain which was simply sweet.

The boat looked great when we got on but as the trip started the food wasn't very good really and the service wasn't either if I'm honest. I would have paid more to have better food, they had the boat but didn't know how to make the evening cruise "special". Couldn't hear the running commentary at all as the music was playing. Would recommend it maybe as a day trip perhaps with no food!

It was a 30-minute trip from the city centre to the cruise departure point and, although we had to get ourselves to the pickup point, we were lucky to be able to use their shuttle bus. The food was just edible, and the booze was expensive. The highlight of the trip was viewing the fireworks and dancing waters display on Sentosa.

The food was poor, and there was no one explaining anything to us on the trip. I could have just eaten in my hotel.

The buffet was so-so, and the seats were very tightly packed, so you couldn't get in or out. The music was nice, and sitting on top of the boat after dinner was very enjoyable.

The boat was very crowded and the food was disappointing - a very ordinary buffet. Forget it if you are vegetarian! We enjoyed the views as we sailed around. The toilet facilities were bad.

Boat was interesting and on-shore attention excellent. However food on board was poor for a dinner cruise. Also, venue had changed from Viator's original details. Instead of cruising Singapore Harbour it went out around Sentosa Island and the busy shipping lane. Also, pick up point give to us had been closed for some months for refurbishment and we had to get a 20 minute taxi ride to harbour front Mount Faber. Needless to say we were luck to get on board on time.

Food was mediocre.

Sorry but we have done this trip twice before and this time it came nowhere near previous trips. The food was poor, especially sweets which were practically nil. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The Imperial Cheng Ho Singapore Harbour Dinner Cruise is a waste of money and time. The PA system didn't work, so we had to listen to a very loud crackling narration, awful! The service is so bad that your eyeballs will start bleeding before a waitress comes to take your drink order. The interior was also absolutely freezing because the AC was turned on full blast. We had to ask the wait staff to turn the AC to a normal temperature and got a scowling look. They had some excruciating traditional Chinese music for entertainment after dinner. It was like nails screeching on a chalk board. My husband and I had to go outside in the rain on deck just to get away from it.
