Dish 1 : Hainanese chicken rice (famous Singaporean specialty of steamed chicken with fragrant rice) and special homemade chili sauce
Dish 2 : Homemade chili sauce
Dish 3 : Traditional dessert might be Peranakan Hoon Kueh (mung bean–coconut pudding), ondeh-ondeh (sweet-potato-rice dumpling with palm sugar) or Kueh Dadar (Pandan coconut crepe with palm sugar grated coconut filling)


Wednesday
Dish 1 : Laksa
Dish 2 : Deep-fried spring rolls
Dish 3 : Traditional Dessert might be Peranakan Hoon Kueh (Coconut corn pudding wrapped in banana leaves), or Kueh Dadar (Pandan coconut crepe with palm sugar coconut filling)

What a great morning, not only learnt to cook some wonderful meals but the tutors were very informative and lots of laughs. The next day they had emailed photos of the day and recipes of dishes we cooked. Will do another one if are back in Singapore
