Great time, interesting excursion, since we were leaving Singapore and going into Malaysia, customs and immigration were necessary but were never an issue, just a lot of people since it was a Saturday, best if you have a chance to go on a weekday, but still a good time. Just had a weird feeling for a moment while having lunch in a crowded restaurant when we looked around, we are a 70-year old white Caucasian couple and everyone else were young families with children and of Asian descent. Really felt like a minority, but all the people were warm and friendly. Just a shock to us for a second and then on with our day, not thinking any more about it!!!!!!!!
This is a must tour if you are holidaying in Singapore! Pick up from the hotel was prompt. Coach trip to/from LEGOLAND was very comfortable and took only 45 mins to/from the Singapore Flyer dropoff. Duration of journey obviously depends on the wait times at customs/immigration at the border. We took the tour on a weekday and were amazed at the lack of people at the theme park. We could ride most attractions multiple times. There are lots of activities and photo opportunities for the kids. The only disadvantage is most rides close when there is wet weather. The 4D movies were very entertaining and a great way to fill in time if it does rain while you are there. Food is reasonable priced. However, don't expect any bargains on lego for sale at the stores. We found the prices were cheaper in Australia. A full day can easily be spent and 2 days even better if you want to venture to the Lego water park. Best experience of our holiday!
Overall, the tour was very well organised and prompt and I would highly recommend it to friends. Just a minor disappointment. We travel with young children. On the return journey, our children were separated from us due to seats being taken by others that were picked up earlier. The children were a bit apprehensive to sit by themselves. They were not even seating with each other. So to them, the journey home was a bit scary.
Great service, many thanks. Our day at Legoland was a magical experience!! Will definitely use Viator again and recommend to friends.
This trip was well organised. The hotel pick up in the morning saved us a lot of worry about getting there ontime and made it so much easier and relaxing for us. Would recommend this tour.
My experience with Viator is very good; We were picked up at our hotel by a very patient gentleman too. and my daughter really enjoyed Legoland , she says there's not much line that time we went so we had much free time. The food around the area is good and not expensive. GB:)
Legoland great but it gets really hot as not much shade there. Definitely upgrade to include the water park so you can cool off. You have enough time to do both.
Excellent trip with my two boys aged nine and twelve en-route from the UK to Australia with a two night stopover in Singapore. We were lucky that it wasn't busy on a Sunday and may have been due to the fact that it was the week before the Chinese New Year. Check that it isn't school holidays if you want to avoid the crowds. It took two hours to get from our Singapore hotel to LEGOLAND and going through the border to Malaysia was a bit tedious but we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed all the rides.
A very unique attraction. Well organised and operated.
Clean and efficient.
Wonderful experience for children and adults.
This was super fun. I really liked going to a Lego theme park. There were rides for both Adults and Kids. Even the 4D movie theater was a great idea. I would definitely do this again.
Legoland was amazing day, full day of fun and activities. Only down side is the immigration between Singapore and Malaysia. Bus was on time and we'll organised.
The trip could not be smoother. Just make sure your 3g internet coverage includes Malaysia.
You can stand for wait-list on the earlier buses, but not the laters.
You can finish all the rides in a day, the miniature cities is also good for kids/elders.
