I had booked this transfer plus multiple tours in Singapore, 4 weeks prior over the internet before I left Australia. It was good value compared to getting a bus or taxi transfer (there were 3 of us). Our arrival time was later than I had booked but sure enough the local agent had a rep at the cruise terminal waiting for us (and others who had also booked through viator) with all our vouchers and stickers for the whole program I had booked. Very efficiently done and I can't recommend Viator enough!

I would like to thank viator for their help in our transfers as i had dates mixed up and times but viator came to my rescue their were most helpful and it was not a problem for them only one email and everything turned out great thankyou again
