Our private guide was extremely knowledgable, not only about the tour but Singapore as a whole. Great personality and sense of humour. Lovely meal, fabulous evening.
Going to the Night Safari was our one Must Do of the trip. Our experience with your excellent guide far exceeded our expectations. She got us through the lines quickly, and was so knowledgeable about the animals and flora and fauna. We really felt we were on a 'private' tour. We saw so much more than most visitors, we're sure. Loved it and would absolutely book with you again. Worth every penny.
My experience was very good and well organised and our guide Mr. James was very nice and being with us during the full duration.
He explain lot of things about Singapore and my children also very much like your service.
We recommend highly to choose your service.
My guide was knowledgeable about the Zoo and extremely easy to talk to. The evening was well managed and a highlight of my trip. I will certainly be returning to Singapore and will use Viator again.
Our tour of the Night Safari was excellent, we really enjoyed it. Our guide Margaret was excellent! Thanks you

Fabulous tour, food really good. Most of the animals came out to greet us,and we loved the whole experience. Very hot and humid, so dress accordingly, and wear comfortable shoes as there is quite a bit of walking. Highly recommended for animal lovers of all ages.
Tour was very good- the buffet dinner delicious and to be able to have priority boarding on tram was certainly an advantage. To be able to observe the animals at such close range was amazing! I did however feel that we were a bit rushed and almost missed the fire show which was a highlight!
We liked it very much our Guide, Mr. Andrew, very knolegeble man who taught us great things about Singapore. In my opinion it is not necessary to go to the zoo with a guide, because the guide does not avoid the long queues as I thougt.
Very good tour with Miss Margaret as our guide. She was very knowledgeable not only of the Night Safari Tour but also gave us some great insight into life in Singapore.
It was very nice. But the vision was not that clear because of night time.
Excellent tour which I have done before. DInner still a bit basic.
After the intial shock of seeing so many tourists and finding out how well organised it was all went well.Picked up on time with our guide Yogi who stayed with us throughout although she really didn't give ant extra information on the animals.Food was excellent we didnt see any of the shows advertised as we were never there on time and with so many people it was pretty useless. No flash can be used but we saw alot of the animals under complete different conditions as you would see during the day and I would recommend this tour for either adults or children
Had a great time and lovely guide and driver, downside was that with the road closures for the GP it took us 1 1/2 hours to reach the Zoo and by then food sevice was coming to an end, what food we had was good but there several dishes empty!!! But still would recommend the experience.
night safari was nice except for the long lines we waited that time.

The private tour was the way to go the tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us freedom also to wander along the paths at night. I really enjoyed the tribal men and the show they put on, that topped it in my opinion.

We took the private tour and were very rushed around and felt pressured, but the tour itself was very good.

The Night Safari Zoo was great, but when something is listed as a private tour you don't tend think of yourself on the Night Safari Tour with everybody else. The only part of the tour that is private is really the transportation. The guide helped a little around the zoo but everything is in English to start with. So you really don't need a English speaking guide. Create your own private tour and get a taxi, they are very cheap in Singapore.
I have been on this trip before, this time I was taking another friend. Unfortunately, we were there on the night of a public holiday and as a result had to queue for 50 mins for the train and were not able to do any walk about of the park. Therefore, be careful if you go on a public holiday, because form past experience it is a fantastic visit.
Guide was friendly and informative. Buffet at the safari park was lukewarm and of poor quality. Tram was so squeaky it would have scared the animals away. The female guide on tram was hard to understand and went into a fit of giggles during the tour and took a while to control herself - didn't add to the tour. They did not stop long enough for anyone to take any pictures not that there was a lot to see. The fire show afterwards only lasted 5 minutes. Overall trip was a waste of money
No real benefit from the guide. Really just amounted to a very expensive hotel transfer.
