Enjoyed the trip. High tea well worth the extra money.

You get to see a lot in a short space of time.

This was okay. The buffet was okay. I could have left Singapore without it, although I felt I needed to say we were there.

Not enough time at Raffles for afternoon tea & did not see the Long Room or front of hotel. Could not hear the guide & the whole tour was rushed from beginning to end.

This tour does not cover much, a very brief look through the museum then on to Raffles for high tea. Definitely worthwhile and then a short boat trip along the river. The visit to the pewter outlet is simply a guise to sell their expensive wares. Other than High Tea at Raffles which you can book separately without the tour, I would suggest you look at some of the other tours for something a bit more interesting. The tour guide was excellent charming and very friendly.

The history of Singapore was generally disappointing, however this was not a fault of the tour, or the guide, just the city itself.

We could have done these activities by ourself on our own schedule and it would have been better. We didn't really get anything additional from the tour that we would have missed if we did these activities ourselves. The chocolate dessert cake at the Raffles Hotel was amazing.

This was an interesting trip, although probably tries to fit too much into the day and being constantly bullied along by the guide became irritating and was frankly unnecessary. The Pewter Gallery should be omitted - it was a waste of time at the end of a long day.

Don't get me wrong, an afternoon tea at Raffles is superb and not to be missed. However, everything else is 'bitty' and seems as if it is bolted on just to make up the time. A 20 minute stop at a room in the museum, 5 minutes to photograph Raffles statue. It is NO longer a bumboat incidentally and the trip to Royal Selangor pewter works is little more than a whirlwind tour of their showroom at Clarke Quay. My advice would be to book afternoon tea direct with Raffles which leaves the afternoon free to do your own thing.
