Great potential, but its not all open yet. Hold on to next year if you can
Unfortunately the Boats will not be in service until 2014. We were not aware of this prior to booking as the promotional material mentioned the boats.
It was different then my expectation. I tought that we will ride a small boat slowly to see the river bank wildlife.
Whilst the tour guide was wonderful, and the concept of this park is great, it is still incomplete with many exhibits not yet containing the animals, and also the river cruise part not yet operational. In years to come this may be great, but it has a long way to go to be as good as the Zoo, Night Safari or Zoo
Tour too short to allow time to walk leisurely and look at animals. We had 2 hours from arrival to departure, including time taken for guide to procure tickets. The tour departed 25 minutes later than advertised. Many animals were not visible due to high heat of the day. Would not recommend tour
hi sorry about the negetive rating, but we were extremely disappointed with this booking of the river cruise. not once were we told of the huge line of people we would be in. we did not have time enough to see all of the animals and only got too go on the river boat ride., ride before we had too return to our tour bus, as if we missed this, we had too pay our own taxi back to clarke quey. sadly as we wanted too see the pandas. very poorly ran
A large section of the River Safari is not yet open including the river tour, which was not explained or highlighted before booking. What was open was OK but I wouldn't recommend going until the park is fully open, the best thing was the Pandas but we only saw one as one of the Pandas rarely comes out of her den (there is notice inside the Panda enclosure) which was a bit sad!
