The airport arrival transfer was excellent, very timely and rep was waiting for us with name clearly stated. He helped with our baggage and asked us to wait at the airport entrance while he collected car. The rep was very informative on the drive to the hotel giving us some useful insight into Singapore. The only thing that was missing in relation to a hotel collection we experienced in Kota Kinabablu were hot towels and chilled water to refresh ourselves after a long journey.

Absolutely fantastic. What a clean, organized, beautiful place. I have been in 33 countries, but this one tops the list. All of the arrangements I made through Viator turned out perfectly, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

There was a computer glitch as we passed through Customs, so we were delayed several minutes. However, our transfer was patiently waiting for us outside the luggage hall, and promptly transferred us to our hotel. We were very grateful he waited so patiently.

Beyond fantastic! Not only was it a relief to have someone there to meet us at the airport, it ended up being CHEAPER than getting a taxi!! But best of all, the drivers were friendly and very helpful! I will ALWAYS get transfers when we are in Singapore! Airline lost our luggage but our driver did all the hard work for us chasing them up, contacting the concierge at our hotel and having them work on it as well. All the drivers we had were fantastic. More than 5 star service for this option! You won't be sorry if you choose to go with the transfers!
