Unfortunately we had a connection problem and did not arrive until the next day. However, I was called and told that the driver waited an hour for us at the airport. Not their fault. The departure transfer went flawlessly. Driver was on time. We would certainly do this again.

It was good. Service was satisfactory. Had problems connecting to Singapore staff on the weekends, but they gave good response on the weekdays.
