Reliable and Efficient. Needed to change flight details last minute (few hours before arrival) and they were very accomodating. Driver was waiting at airport by the time we got there and transported us via van; was kind enough to orient us about the city during short travel from airport to cruiseport so learned some info right away. Would recommend the service.
Excellent service. Had no problem with my guide and service from the aiport to the cruise terminal. Highly recommended. AAA++++
Our driver was excellent, he was waiting for us in the arrival hall at the airport and he was so kind. He gave us usefull information about Singapore and stopped so we may take pictures on our way to our cruise line. Since we had late arrival the terminal was closed and he would not leave us alone until we had help on our entry on board a million thanks to our driver and may he have many blessed returns.....Diane

AFTER A VERY LONG JOURNEY NOTHING IS SO BETTER THAN A PROFESSIONAL DRIVER WAITING FOR YOU TO TRANSFER FOR A HOTEL OR OTHER PLACE. IF YOU WANT A TRANSFER DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK IT.

Fantastic service! Arrived in Singapore in the middle of a downpour, we were met and transferred to the Cruise terminal in style. Lots of extra information on Singapore provided including suggestions for the few hours before embarking the cruise ship and options to consider for our next visit to Singapore.
Waiting at the airport when we arrived,very friendly driver,drove us to the cruise port in his late model 7 series bmw,talked to us about singapore and recommended places to see well done viator

The service was on time, the driver was courteous and helpful.
Unfortunately there was no one there to meet us when we came off the plane. We had to go to the information booth to find the location of your booth. Once we arrived at the booth the lady was very helpful but we had to wait for about 30 minutes. There was obviously some confusion over our arrival time. The drive was fine.
