The staff were very friendly & helpful. Food & drink I enjoyed greatly. Pleasant quiet music added to the time spent there. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Impossible to review because the best thing about it is that was empty! If others get to know about it it will be as crowded as the concourse!

This was the perfect way to break up a long trip. I was really pleased with everything - the shower, the food and drink. The service was also first class. I will use the lounge again.

I would appreciate it if assistance were provided on the website to locate the lounge. A simple map showing the lounge in both the terminals would help a great deal. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. A good experience. Would do it again.

The lounge was great especially the showers, free Internet and breakfast. I had expected to find reclining chairs in which one could stretch out and sleep. The box type chairs were of no use for sleeping. I slept on the floor, which was clean. I would recommend recliners.

A good lounge and great to have a shower after a hot day in Singapore. Just be aware that the lounge is hard to find, many people asked gave wrong directions - it's upstairs from Starbucks in Terminal 2. Also be aware this is the furthest distance from the sky train to Terminal 1, so if you are flying Terminal 1, allow for a long walk.

Although the lounge was beautiful, so was the whole airport, and the difference was not vast. The food on offer was acceptable, but some fresh fruit would have been nice. The showers were a boon!
