The lounge was a nice facility in which to relax during a prolonged stopover.

This is good if you need a shower and need to be freshened up. The gym is good if you're all tense after flying and they provide shorts, a t-shirt, and socks. The food provided was nice, but a little more choice would have been good. The lounge was not necessary for a short transit time, as the airport has plenty to keep you occupied as well as many food outlets. The airport also has free internet access.

We found this the Plaza Lounge very comfortable. Being able to have a shower after a long flight was excellent.

A pleasant relaxed wait for flight, just don't make our mistake of finding out too late that one of our flights went from the wrong terminal. We stopped in Singapore on both legs of our trip to Australia.

The price is right, but I had some adjustment to sharing the bath and grooming room with the opposite sex.

The Premium Lounge was exactly what was needed after a long flight, clean, well equipped, great shower and the gym looked fine, too tired to try. Everyone should try it.

Well worth the money. A welcome break from the busy airport. Reasonable food/nibbles, suits most people, plus as many soft drinks/coffee/tea as you want. The shower facilities were especially appreciated after a long flight whilst waiting in transit preparing for an even longer flight! Most refreshing experience.

The facilities and the relaxing atmosphere at the Plaza Premium lounge were most welcome after a long flight, everything was just fine: a nice shower, somewhere quiet to sit and relax with food and drinks on hand, and the Internet available in the the lounge. I'm glad I booked my time there and will be using the Plaza Lounge again soon, on my next trip back to Australia.

A very welcome break on a long journey from Manchester to Brisbane. Staff were excellent and the lounge and food were excellent value for money. My only concern was that the chairs and furniture were a little tired. I would definitely recommend my clients to use this facility.
