The lounge was a haven after a long flight. The shower and bathroom facilities were fabulous and clean, but you do need to supply all toiletries yourself. The food was limited, the salad bar was basic and sandwiches uninspiring, but there were the basic drinks freely available and it was very comfortable and quiet. There are computer facilities available which was convenient. The added extras, like a massage should be booked well in advance.

Was not very clean in the showers. Not a good variety for breakfast.

The lounge is as shown in the picture, however, I thought the snacks were very basic, sandwiches, curry puffs, salad, the fruit advertised was tinned fruit. As I arrived very early in the morning, these were very sparse - the staff were starting to top up. Pizza did arrive by the time I left. Drinks in plenty. Showers were good, as were the staff. Nice rooftop sunflower garden outside. Next time I will try the Ambassador lounge in T3.

We were a bit disappointed with this lounge. Seats were not very comfortable, which is what you hope for when wanting to relax during transit. Also we asked to use the sleep facility that was advertised on both this website as an additional option and it's also on the window of the lounge and we were told it wasn't a feature they offered - felt it was false advertising. Other than that, it is always nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the general public!

I would like to benefit from more comfortable seats to relax. I spent 5 hours sitting and could not sleep like this!

Lounge comfortable, nice outdoor area. However, bathrooms and showers not private enough, mixed male and female. Very basic amenities, and food very ordinary. I had an eight hour stop in Singapore and was only allowed 4 hours in lounge - which wasn't clear when booked.

We used the lounge as we wanted a shower after a long, hot day in Singapore before boarding a plane for London. The showers were OK--private and you can take your bag in. A towel and liquid soap were provided, but if you have to bring deodorant then either throw it out or fit it in your "liquids plastic bag" that you have to show when boarding. The lounge itself was rather shabby and a very long walk from our departure gate.

Disappointing. We had to hunt for seats on arrival, and the seats were not even very comfortable. The refreshments were very poor indeed, as the same food was left on food counters for over eight hours.

Nice and relaxing and the showers are great. On the downside, the food is limited to the bare minimum and not nice.

Comfortable chairs but not suitable for catching a nap in. Food OK but not gourmet standard by any means and not enough for hungry people. Apart from the shower there didn't seem to be any advantages over standard airport facilities.

While having wireless broadband was a great way to pass the hours waiting, there were no lockers where you could secure your belongings while you went shopping. Also, I am allergic to wheat, and there was virtually nothing that I could eat except fried rice, so this detracted from my experience considerably. The showers were great, though.
