The lounge was fine and exactly what I expected - but the big problem was that nowhere on my booking form or my receipt did it mention the 5 hour time limit for the lounge. I was under the impression that I had paid for a day's access, and with a 9 hour wait until my flight, this 5 hour maximum was a problem.

Only purchase this product if you have a long layover in Singapore, not good for waiting for a flight because there isn't enough time and you have to have boarding pass to be able to use the lounge.

Found the premium lounge disappointing because the food choice in buffet was poor. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our bags without security to watch them.
