This was a great way to get around Singapore, even for those who have been before. It would have been helpful for the ticket to say where it started from. Instead I had to make phone calls beforehand to establish where I had to go.

The only downside was not really knowing where to pick up the bus if not going from the starting point. However, the trip was brilliant. Very worth while for getting an overall view of the city.

It was difficult to find the desk, and no one seemed to be able to help me. Collecting the tour bus from Sentosa Island was also difficult as no one seemed to know where the car park was. Difficulty in finding this caused me to miss a bus, and I therefore lost one and a half hours of my day in Singapore. I thought this was badly organised.

This trip would have been better if it hadn't rained. I couldn't make great use of the upper seating because of the weather. I also found getting back onto the bus was difficult in most places as the stopovers were very very quick.

The map I was given was wrong, so I had to ring them up to find out where the we could pick the bus up.
