There is ALWAYS a shop involved in any tour you do. Good to get information on the island, people and culture, but very disjointed.

Fair amount of time was wasted in Little India just walking up and down the street with no real purpose.

Our particular tour occurred during the heaviest monsoonal rain Singapore had experienced in 74 years, thus it probably was not representative of what might typically be experienced. In our opinion, we felt that each of the stops en route was too brief, except for the stop at the jewelry handicraft factory, which was too long. However, the drive itself provided a scenic overview of Singapore. Just trying to organize such a tour on one's own using a map of Singapore and local transportation would have been difficult at best, therefore, the tour was very cost effective and accomplished its objectives. We would recommend this tour to anyone with limited time, or as an overview of the city so one could further investigate those areas of particular interest.

There was no record of our booking and the hotel had to contact the tour company to correct.

The city tour was OK, we saw most of the sights in Singapore.

This was without doubt the dullest tour I've ever done in my life.

We felt that more time could have been spent in the Orchid gardens. The coach was parked such that the walk to the gardens and returning back to the coach took up our alloted time which in itself was very little. The markets were nothing special and could have been anywhere. We particularly hate the Indian market because we were hounded as soon as we entered the market and could not get out quick enough and when we did we were harassed by an Indian seller who chased us down the road and back to the coach which was unpleasant.
