We booked a shared transfer but were picked up in a Mercedes as there was just ourselves. Excellent service all round.

They were excellent at keeping us informed, they rang us to check we knew the arrangements even though they had explained the details on our arrival, and the drivers and reps were very courteous and friendly.

Our pick-up was a little early, which worked out perfectly for us. We were transferred to Changi and helped with our luggage which was quite heavy after all our shopping.
