our driver was helpful, polite and friendly and a good source of local knowledge, The car was clean and comfortable. We arrived quite late at night and had a pleasant and relaxing drive to our hotel.

After a long flight, the representative holding a sign with your name on it is a most welcome sight! She introduced me to my driver, and gave me contact information for my other booked tours. Tour East came thru in style!

Very helpful driver, had taken the time out to find out what check in desk we needed upon arrival. He was interested about our trip and whether we had enjoyed it. We will definately return to Singapore and without use Viator again

It was good to have a car to pick us up after arriving on a late flight. The car was clean but smelt a bit of cigarette smoke.

We were met at airport as arranged by a most courteous driver .Transfer to our hotel was most comfortable . We will certainly use this service again.
