This was a fantastic tour and well worth the money. The lady who did the commentary was wonderful. Her knowledge of Singapore was comprehensive. She spoke clearly and slowly so that she could be understood. Each time we made a stop we were given plenty of time to look around. The Kranji war memorial was moving Although we could not go into Changi Prison itself, we were able to look around Changi Chapel and Museum. This was very interesting. We were given the opportunity to stay at the Gardens by the Bay or return to our hotel. Lunch was provided at a local Chinese restaurant on the coast facing Malaysia. It was delicious. We would recommend this tour.
Excellent guide lunch was very good and setting lovely only adverse comment is that it would have been nice to have had longer at the gardens on the bay but we were given the option of staying on and making our own way back to hotel overall good value for money and transfers worked well
Fantastic day filled with history, information and reflection. Great way to find out some of Singapore's war history and to see around this amazing island.
Excellent tour with great guide. Very informative. We learned so much about many aspects of Singapore, a place like no other! The Changi Prison and Museum is amazing. Note that Gardens by the Bay is only a stop - not admission.
Our tour guide was just super. He knew his subject and made the tour.
Phillip was excellent as a guide. A great way to see the Island of Singapore.
Excellent guide, first rate lunch in a Chinese restaurant in an old colonial park setting and a comprehensive and varied full day tour
Fantastic guide, Maggie, was a fountain of knowledge about everything from politics to housing! Very interesting lady. The tour was vary good. First visit was to a monastery where an actual cremation was taking place in the crematorium below. We learned about burial and death customs for the different religions and nationalities that make Singapore their home. The Kranji war museum was interesting as was Changi museum. Lunch was excellent and well worth the money. We ran out of time at Gardens by the Bay so we didn't get to enjoy this part of the tour for more than 30 minutes due to tardy people on the bus. A great tour, worth doing.
Excellent trip around the island. We thought timings may have been a little tight but actually worked well. The guide was very informative. Changi Prison Museum and the Kranji Memorial are extremely moving. The Gardens at the Bay are stunning we spent 3 hours there without any trouble. The tour price only allows for the outside gardens but it is well worth S28 to go inside the different domes.
Great Tours and Great Tour Guide she went out of his way to make sure we saw everything. Great story teller.
Excellent and very informative trip our guide Foo certainly knew his stuff.
Lunch was good as well
The tour covered all the promised venues. However, the smoke from Indonesia spoilt a lovely viewing experience. Visibility was very limited.
Great tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The lunch was excellent.
Very interesting tour of the usually unseen parts of Singapore. The Changi museum was a bit disappointing. Very pleasant lunch.
this tour is heavy on the emotions and a great history lesson and see a great deal of Singapore from the bus
Mr Foo was great guide very informative and made the tour good and would recommend it to anyone
learnt a lot from this tour. guide was very knowledgable and mixed the history with modern day to day knowledge very well. he was very approachable and really knew his stuff.
lunch was very good and had a variety of local foods inc vegetarian options
all in all i would recommend this tour to anyone and just enough time was spent in each venue and was very good vsalue for money
excellent - well worth it and most interesting. Guide was excellent. Lunch was disappointing, but OK.
Fantastic tour would recommend this to anyone going to Singapore. Really great to see how they honour the war dead.
It was an excellent trip. My four kids learned a lot about Singapore history and culture. Our guide Phillip made the day informative and he is a very funny guy. His jokes made the day pleasant as well.
This was an excellent tour with a very informative guide who gave us time to take in the various sites we visited. This was particularly important for the visit to Kranji War Memorial
The guide we had was born in Singapore and gave a superb insight into life there and the changes over the last 50 years and also the lunch was very good.
