Very easy to work with, when even had to change our departure time, because our flight got changed and the service was flexible and arranged to pick us up two hours early. I would highly encourage everyone to set up arrival and departure transportation is advance.

We got a surprise upgrade to a private transfer, I guess because we were the only ones booked in on such an early flight. A suitably good finish to our trip.

Driver arrived earlier than stated, which I didn't mind at all. Car was in mint condition. Driver was good, helped us with the bags; couldn't ask for more. I didn't have to worry about getting to the airport on time. Definitely recommend it.

As this was a trip back to the airport it's difficult to rate it as anything other than functional. However our driver was great and chatted all the way to the airport giving us little snippets of information about Singapore.
