I had booked this transfer plus multiple tours in Singapore, 4 weeks prior over the internet before I left Australia. It was good value compared to getting a bus or taxi transfer (there were 3 of us). Our arrival time was later than I had booked but sure enough the local agent 'Tour East' had a rep at the cruise terminal waiting for us (and others who had also booked through viator) with all our vouchers and stickers for the whole program I had booked. Very efficiently done and I can't recommend Viator enough!

I would like to thank viator for their help in our transfers as i had dates mixed up and times but viator came to my rescue their were most helpful and it was not a problem for them only one email and everything turned out great thankyou again

THE DRIVER IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PICK ME UP ON TIME TO GO TO AIRPORT. REALLY THIS SERVICE IS VERY RELIABLE AND TOUR EAST SINGAPORE IS AN EXCELLENT TOUR OPERATOR.

We were picked up exactly ontime. Our driver was very efficient and courteous. We would not hesitate to book with Viator again. This was an ideal way to be transported from the cruise terminal to the airport in a timely and efficient manner.
Very competitive price. Changed the booking without any problems. Waiting for us on disembarkation from the boat with a friendly smile even at 05:30 in the morning. Transferred safely to the airport. A pleasurable experience allowing a no fuss transfer from boat to plane.
