An enjoyable visit. Guide was informative and very helpful. 2-3 hrs is not enough time to see everything so we stayed on and did not return with the bus at lunch time and were glad we did as the zoo is expansive with a wide range of animals and no cages. Clean and well maintained.
Great guide and definately worth doing the breakfast for viewing the Orangutans. One of the best zoos we have been to.
Our trip to the zoo to have breakfast with the orangutans was great. Everything is very organised and we had a great tour guide. Her name is Linda and she was fabulous and had a great sense of humor. The breakfast was plentyful and tasty and the Orangutans were of course just gorgeous. We had a look around after the event for an hour or so and that was long enough for us due to the heat so we were happy to join the tour bus ride home back to our hotel for a swim.

well-organized, punctual and lots of fun. wish we could hold the baby orangutan for pix, too! the zoo is topnotch. perhaps add an hour to the tour?
Transport arrangements good. Our guide Florence friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a huge range of food. The orangutans were incredible and it was great to get up close to them. I never thought I would handle a snake! Could have spent more time there. Great value. Would recommend it to all.
All arrangements worked well. Perhaps could state more clearly the need to phone someone within 24 hours of the trip. I was lucky to notice this instruction.

The tour included everything from the transfers from our hotel to the zoo and return, entry fee and one of the best 4 star buffet breakfasts available. Then there are the Orangutans, what a great creatures, from babies to adults, you are only an arms length away from them (but don't touch).

Really really great. Delicious food for breakfast, The zoo is beautiful, The guide was really helpful and fun.
The visit is rushed but do-able.
Our pickup at the Hotel was on time, our guide was very good and our experience at the zoo was very good
We'will recommend this tour to others. The Hotel pick-up and return went like clockwork. The buses were excellent, the a/c very welcome, the Zoo visit first class and memorable. The tour delivered all as promised.
We had a great time, the breakfast was nice and the Orangutans was amazing. Can't wait to show family and frinds the photos.
Really great experience. The guide was enthusiastic and very informative. We stayed after breakfast at the zoo for the day. Taxi back to town only cost $25, worth it to see the rest of the zoo.
