So great that when we go to Singapore again we will spend the whole day at the zoo. Half day was Not enough time to see it all.

Fantastic experience, good breakfast selection. Also included in the tour price is unlimited hop on off train around the zoo and entrance to the zoo. Not your ordinary type of zoo, no cages felt like a walk around the rain forest. Tour guide professional and pick up and drop off service prompt.

This was a great, unforgettable tour. Buffet breakfast amongst orangutans was an amazing experience and to get so close to the gorgeous creatures was very special. We were only a centimeters away from orangutans when we were taking photos - it was extremely exciting! Food was also great, many choices to choose from, worth every cent. We loved the "open plan" of this beautiful zoo. It was so good to see animals walking around free, no cages, no fences - just great. Zoo is so big that you can't possibly see much in 3 or 4 hours, so we stayed there all day and went back to the hotel with taxi. There are lots and lots of animals to see and a tram will take you on a 3 km round trip around the zoo and you can get out at any stop you want. If you get tired from walking, you just catch the tram again and it'll take you to the next stop. Souvenir shop inside is great and if you get hungry, there is plenty of food around. But don't forget umbrella or a poncho - weather can change in minutes! Don't miss out on this tour, you will love it!

The best trip to do in Singapore. A must on your itinerary. Plenty of time to see all the zoo. Tasty breakfast. Orangutans awesome and plenty of photo shoot time, both personal and zoo photographer.

We did this trip the morning after the night safari. It was a great place to visit, with the orangutan breakfast worth doing. As well as the zoo photographer, they gave us plenty of time to take our own photos with these amazing creatures. The zoo is well laid out, with tram routes available if you didn't want to walk it all. The animals are well cared for in a mainly cage free environment. We stayed for longer than the tour planned too and just caught a taxi from the front gates when we were ready to go. It was easy, stress free and reasonable to get back into the centre of the city.

World class zoo. Worth noting that the tour mainly provides transport to the zoo and nothing extra. May be worth considering arranging this yourself if you are the sort who can spend a long time in a zoo. Also is in same location as night safari, so could combine the two trips if organising yourself. Taxi to zoo around 30 SGD.

My one-line review for you: More fun than the proverbial barrel of ... well, orangutans, not monkeys. While I wish "scrambled eggs" were among the types of breakfast eggs offered, I thought it was a good breakfast. It should be pointed out this is an excellent photo-op. You get very close to the orangutans, no glass wall to cause problem reflections. No need to pack a long telephoto lens or zoom. A normal range zoom lens is perfect. The zoo provides two photographers - you can instantly get their photo of you as you finish eating your breakfast, plus the other photographer will take the same shot of you using whatever camera you trekked along.

Excellent experience, informative, professional and on time. If I had a complaint it was that there was not enough time to explore the zoo before the bus went. In the event we stayed and explored the zoo and got a taxi back to the hotel. Also the need to confirm 24 hours before is a pain, and you were not the quickest in answering the phone. This did not detract from the enjoyment of the day. Well done.

The animals are very happy and loved to show off. The tram service was great, and the zoo staff very helpful and loved to share their knowledge of the animals.

This trip is definitely a must do when in Singapore. The bus was on time in collecting us from our hotel - the only criticism here is that you are taken to a central depot for all tours where you disembark and get onto the bus for which ever tour you have booked, which can waste a lot of time. Our tour operator was very helpful and informed us that if we wanted to see more of the zoo and at our own pace it was best to do our own thing and return to our hotel via bus or taxi as the tour bus was returning at 1230. We really appreciated the recommendation and decided to do this when we saw how much there was to see. It was no problem getting a bus back to the city and very reasonable too. The breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our day at the zoo.

Fantastic experience, over too quickly. If you can organise to do the night safari on the same day, you can stay at the zoo all day and meet up for the night safari when you are finished with the zoo. It does make for a long day but you get the full experience of the zoo. If its hot make sure you take swimmers for the kids as they have a great wet area in the zoo for everyone to cool off in.

We had a great day - kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was pretty ordinary and there wasn't much available, but once the orangutans arrive no one eats anyway - too busy enjoying the animals.
