This was a really different experience, even though we were at dinner during a torrential tropical thunderstorm. Food choices were steak, chicken or salmon cooked on a volcanic rock at the table. Cut the meat up to cook it better. The night markets were a little disappointing but the rain hindered what we could see. Singapore Sling in the Long Bar- very noisy. Take the time to wander around the hotel - as much as allowed. As you aren't in the "hotel" shorts etc were OK.

What value for money!! The meal was delicious - I had expected something that was rushed but not a bit of it. The choice of main course was excellent. Our tour guide was absolutely brilliant and kept us laughing the whole night. Visit to Raffles was memorable. Only criticism was that a modern group was playing loud music and did not seem in keeping with Raffles, but having said that I would still recommend especially if like me you are travelling on your own. Ideal way to meet people and get to see Singapore's wonderful nightlife.

It was an excellent night; the Raffles part was very good.

One of my favourites. We stayed on until late in the night. Watch out for the Singapore Slings, they definitely have a kick to them.

Dinner was not impressive, we were let down with the very small potions. Raffles is a must.

We enjoyed a great evening out. We enjoyed the dinner, but the markets could have been a bit longer. The Raffles Hotel was fantastic.

This was a great night, although a little rushed, as we started off late and the meal took a little long. Therefore, we didn't get to spend much time at the night market and Raffles Hotel. Very enjoyable though.

The meal was enjoyable, but I was very disappointed that water was not provided free of charge on the table. The night market is a waste of time, but the Raffles is a must-do!

The meal was lovely. Our guide from Singapore had us in laughter all night. What a fun night! If you do drink, make sure you do order your "sling" with your tour as it is very expensive to order it at the hotel.

It was such fun cooking our meat on the hot stone, and one must go to Raffles Hotel just because.

A really enjoyable evening, with a nice meal by the river with a choice of a fish or meat dish cooked on a hot plate at your table. The night market was certainly interesting although a bit rushed due to booking at the Raffles Hotel, which was the highlight of the tour - a place where you can actually throw your rubbish peanut shells on the floor and enjoy your Singapore Sling. As a single traveler, this was a good way to meet people and enjoy an evening in the city.

Great night!! Meal is fantastic - you get to cook your own steaks or fish on a hot plate in front of you. The night market is also good value with plenty of time to bargain. The Raffles Hotel stop is the most economical way to enjoy a Singapore Sling in the long bar. Excellent value.
