This was a great way of seeing Singapore. We were only there for one night and it was ideal! The food was great, we had a hot stone plate and you cooked your meal yourself, different and very fun. The tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. Raffles was nice and there were lots of photo opportunities throughout the tour.
Just remember -- men must not wear flip flops in Raffles! There really is no dress code, we went casual but some people dressed up with a shirt and tie. The night market was good, too, lots of bargains to be had! We would definitely recommend it to everyone, and it is suited to all ages! Very well organised, too, they collect you from all hotels.
Well organised, could have allowed a little bit more time for the meal. Pick up times were always prompt on all our trips.

The guide and the coach captain were perfect. Their professionalism, enthusiasm and command of English were excellent. And considering the price / service ratio it is a must.

Excellent tour, and the guide was very good. Dinner at Boat Quay was good, possibly a bit rushed, choices could have been greater. Time allocated at the Market was fine as was the Raffles hotel visit. The Singapore Sling was FAB!

The last leg of the tour, which is the stop at Raffles Hotel for a shot of the famous Singapore Sling, is something not to be missed!

A very pleasant evening spoiled by the extended visit to Bugis Street markets. We have similar markets in Scotland.

Great atmosphere to endure, food was unique, shopping was lively and the Singapore Sling was the highlight of the night! This tour gave us a great impression of Singapore and would really recommend exploring the night life over the weekend.

The tour was interesting, though I might have liked a more varied menu. The cooking of one's own meal is interesting. Bugis Steet would be more fun with more time. Raffles was fun.

The night tour was OK. Dinner was nice, but the best bit is the Singapore Sling in Raffles.

Dinner and Raffles Hotel were fine. I would have liked a bit more time at the night market. We had 20 or 25 minutes allocated to that location. The hot stone dinner was a new experience for me, but the food was average.

Tour Guide Margaret was really good. Menu at the restaurant was mushroom soup, 2 beef skewers, 1 spring roll, a choice of chicken, salmon or beef, and creme brulee. Not much of a variety for meal, and seeing I had advised when I booked this tour that I don't eat mushrooms, I had to miss out on the soup course. Some alternative should've been offered. Drinks expensive. Singapore Sling at Raffles was nice but overrated.

The evening was quite nice, but having paid for a Singapore Sling, I can tell you now there was absolutely NO liquor in the drink. The whole party agreed on that, and it was very disappointing considering the excellent name that Raffles Hotel has.

Did the dinner first at a riverside cafe. Seeing as we were the only ones there, it seemed ludicrous to squash us all into such a small space. Getting up and down again was a huge inconvenience for all, not to mention the heat. All we wanted was a cold water, but the drinks waiter was quick. Why are drinks so expensive in Singapore!! Do not even mention alcohol prices. If the government is intent on discouraging alcohol consumption, well done, intention achieved. The entrees were OK, but to everyone's surprise the old hot rock appeared on which we cooked our own!! And as if it wasn't hot enough, everyone was covering up their clothes, drinks, cameras, glasses, etc., from the violent spitting of boiling oil, all to no avail, as we struggled to cut and cook our dinner. A couple of us retreated to the next door cafe, where large jugs of iced water were freely on offer, a common practise around the world. Dessert was a very modest tablespoon of custard and strawberry.
So not a good start to the night. Did improve therein, however, with Raffles impressive. Would have loved a few drinks there, but we are on a budget. Even the 7-11 alcohol outlets are prohibitive.
It was good for what it was, but we could have done better on our own. The night market stop of fifteen minutes wasn't worth the time. Dinner at the hot stone restaurant was interesting. You had to work to get yours cooked. The steaks cooked too fast and the salmon splattered everywhere.
