This was the highlight of our trip as far as my husband and the kids were concerned.
the rides are awesome, waiting time is just right for some of the rides.
It was a lovely day when we arrived at Universal Studios, the queues were long but didn't take long to get in. The Madagascar ride through the tunnels was smazing. Such fun! We the
En went to see a 4D movie in Shrek's Kingdom . That was awesome - the chairs moved and water sprayed us , and a puff of air was blown on the back of my neck , it was great!! The pickup from the hotel was efficient and getting back was very easy -we got the monorail to the MRT station and caught a train to Clarke Quay, it was very easy to do.
Great family day out. The pickup service was easy. We were picked up from our hotel on time and taken to a meeting point where we were transferred to a coach. We were then transported to Universal Studios. We received our passes and given instructions on how to reach the park. A great way to visit without having to worry about the hassle of getting there. Definitely recommend.
Personalised service, we were picked up in a private car from our hotel. We were then taken in a tour bus to USS with tickets issued which meant we just had to line up. We were there as it owned so we went to the back of the park first up and we were walking onto rides with no lines!
Was not to packed with kids in fairness. lots to see and do. The free shows were excellent Madagascar/Donkey/Sesame Street and Monster Show. Staff willing to take photos for the families and official photos with each themed area available. Was not too expensive on site for food/drinks etc
Well organised and the perks are also quite helpful like getting $10 off food inside the park.
Great time was had by both of us, and drivers instruction were very clear as to where to wait for opening and what to expect on the inside, how to find taxis when we were ready to leave the area.
Had a fab time at Universal Studios Singapore with the family. Picked up from our hotel at the time stated and taken to Sentosa Island for the park opening. Tickets were given to us on the bus on the way there so no having to queue, included at S$10 voucher each for lunch in the Studios which was great, also a S$5 voucher off merchandise if you spent S$30 or more. We were there over the Easter weekend and although it was very busy, the queue times weren't too bad, apart from the Transformers ride, so if you really want to go on it (and its great) head straight for it.
This experience was seemless. Pickup was easy. instructions where clear, will use your service in the future.
Great to have a drop off to the studios - would have been nice on the journey there to find out more about Sentosa not assume customer knowledge about the restaurants and the free monorail etc
Better than Movieworld in Australia. Great rides but souveniers expensive which wasn't unexpected.
