Excellent tour - just the right length and guide was very knowledgeable.
Our guide was excellent she taught us a lot! It was incredibly hot so she thoughtfully found us shady areas to stand and talk. It was truly a beautiful place filled with so much interesting history. Our drivers were also great!
This was an excellent tour. Half day was just enough. Good guide
Fantastic tour guide very knowledgable, highly recommended.
People told us not to bother with Pompeii because it would be too hot, however even in the extreme heat of this summer my husband and I LOVED this trip. Andre, our tour guide was excellent and had a great working knowledge of life in Pompeii. It was honestly one of the coolest things we did. Highly recommended!!
Amazing! What a fantastic time we had learning all about Pompeii. Would recommend to everyone.
Wonderful trip, amazing ruins and our guide was very informative.
Excellent tour and extremely informative
Our guide was extremely knowledgable
Half day tour was perfect in such hot weather
this was absolutely awesome. a definite must do.
The pick and drop off by the bus worked very well - on time and in a small group. Meeting the guide and getting the audio equipment also worked well - it was incredibly busy and amongt the chaos the operators worked very smoothly. Andreas our guide was informative, audible, amusing and energetic.
It was very busy and very hot - not a surprise at Italy's most popular tourist attraction in July - so wear sensible shoes as there is a lot of walking and take a water bottle that can be filled at the original water points - and there are many.
Overall, a great way to see a truly amazing site - I was surprised at how intact it remained but then again it was covered and protected by ash for 1700 years. And great value.
