This walking food and spirits tour was fantastic. The amount of walking was just right, and the variety of food and drink venues was just perfect. It was also a terrific way to see Sorrento, and learn about its history and people.
Our tour guide, Tamara, was very well informed about the local foods and spirits, and was a very laid-back individual who made the entire tour fun and delicious. Highly recommend this tour!!
Great tour, Tamara was the perfect guide, friendly and informative, the tastings were of good quality and I would advise going easy on breakfast if you choose the morning one as there is plenty of food on the tour.
Tastebuds tickled and tantalised. If you love good food this is a must do trip. Tamara who led the small group has the best job in the world. Taking foodies around her adopted home town and introducing them to independent local food providers, sharing her knowledge of the food and history of Sorrento. Skip breakfast because you will start the tour with pastries and end with gelato from Davide, after sampling a range of locally produced food. Lunch was caprese salad and gnocchi with wine. All the providers she introduced us to were enthusiastic and some had big personalities. Make this the first tour in Sorrento as it helps you learn your way around the town and discover the best food on offer. Skip breakfast, you will eat your way around Sorrento, discover an oasis of calm in the lemon grove and Tamara's love of Sorrento will rub off on you. She is an excellent tour leader. If you love good food, this tour is a must and worth every penny.

Best tour experience inside Italy. Our guide was not only very knowledgeable, but personable. A great way to get to know Sorrento and the surrounding area at the beginning of your visit. A must for any first or second time visitor! Awesome experience and what's not to love about Sorrento...it knocks the socks off of Capri.Ciao!
Tour guide was excellent and we enjoyed the food and drink at every stop. Total walking distance was probably less than 2 miles and we got to see and visit shops that we would not have gone into on our own. The people in the places we went to were friendly and fun and the food and drink were excellent.
Brilliant tour - Tamara was an excellent guide. Food was wonderful and the tour was a great way to get to know Sorrento. Would recommend this tour as an ideal first day outing. Thank you!
Excellent guide was friendly, knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm for the area and it's produce. Recommend doing this early in your trip as it's a great way to get a feel for Sorrento and to find a few hidden gems along the way.
Thouroughly enjoyed this tour. The guide was enthusiastic with a lot of local knowledge. A fun way to taste many dishes from Sorrento
Would highly recommend this tour as a great way of touring Sorrento while learning some history and tasting great Italia food. Tamara was a very knowledgeable guide and can even recommend where to buy the best shoes in town!
Tamara was a great guide for Sorrento. Her tour selections were great, and her additional details and stories about Sorrento helped enhance the experience. We also appreciated the little pamphlet she handed out which included some of her other restaurant recommendations. We chose one of those recommendations for dinner and frequented the gelato place from the tour regularly afterwards. We will definitely look for similar tours in other cities we visit and would recommend this to anyone visiting Sorrento.
I enjoyed this walking/eating/drinking tour of Sorrento. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed all the stops and if you liked something, you could purchase it. No need for lunch after. Plenty of food and drink along the way, ending with a very nice pasta dish and all the wine you can drink! I highly recommend this tour!
We thought the tour was informative, enjoyable and delicious. We highly recommend you book one of these tours- it's great value and the guide- Tamara made it a great Italian experience.
It was one of the highlights of our trip! Tamara was great as were the food and drink! We went back to two of the restaurants for a full meal. We would highly recommend this tour
It was a good tour from an American women. You will leave it full so go hungry. They were a little skimp on the limoncello tasting but you do taste a bunch of different liquors.
Great insight into prime places in the sorrento area. Guide was very informative and friendly - thank you
Our tour guide was just wonderful. We met in the Square to begin the tour walked and tasted food from many of the local shops and even visited the lemoncello factory! From breakfast pastry to a sit-down lunch of caprese salad, gnocchi and wine, we were definitely not hungry afterward! Enjoyed it very much.
Good fun and some lovely memories. Just a 3 ish hour tour but didn't feel rushed. we revisited some of the establishments again later in the holiday. I recommend doing the tour near the start of the holiday as, like many others,

This was the most fun, we both loved it. We tasted small bites from 8-10 different locations from pizza to gelato plus lunch at a local Italian restaurant. Our guide Tamara sp? was very informative. I would definitely recommend this tour for any food lovers. Lots of walking so wear comfy shoes.
We loved this tour and Tamara, our guide was wonderful.
Tamara was an excellent host, she engaged well with all the tourers and the local hosts. The variety of shops and the colourful characters encountered, especially the candy man, made the day very worthwhile, not to mention the good.
Organized this for our first morning, so that we would get to know Sorrento straight away. Oh boy and did we get to know Sorrento, the cuisine and the Limoncello!! Our guide Tamara was absolutely wonderful - so many laughs and so much food and information. If you do one thing in Sorrento do this, it is a must. Easy walking by the way - and along that east route came , cakes, pizza, chocolates and a singing sweet man. Enjoy.
Relaxing walk around Sorrento with interesting facts and places of interest pointed out, coupled with tasting amazing local foods and family run eateries, made for a thoroughly enjoyable morning! We were full until well into the evening and its up there with the Colliseum and the Vatican! Thank you Tamara our informative guide.
This was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Italy! Tamara was incredibly knowledgable-- we learned about the great stories behind the incredible foods we sampled, and also learned a great deal about Sorrento too. We were a family of six, with three generations, and we cannot recommend this tour highly enough!
