This tour was so much fun!! I loved the small group. We did this our first night in Madrid -- perfect for learning about food and tapas and tapas bars for the remainder of our trip.

I did this tour with my daughter on our first evening in Madrid to give us a good understanding of what Tapas involves as well as finding our way around the central area of the city. We had a fantastic time and sampled some different foods that we might not have done otherwise. These choices were reccomended by our guide James as well as him giving us interesting information about Madrid. I would defiftely recommend this tour if you are unsure of the Tapas culture.

I loved this tour. It was a great way to see Madrid at night...tapas, apple cider, wine and of course the spanish ham!!! We visited 4 bars/pubs and each one was different. The tour guide was lovely and we got to experience the night culture in Madrid. Madrid is a beautiful city by day and it is even more spectacular at night. We all chipped in 20 Euro at the beginning of the night to cover food and drinks and we were well feed and watered by the end of the night. Very well worth it.

There was a group of 6 of us and we had a great selection of drinks and tapas throughout the night. As recommended by the guide we had pooled our money together (around 25 Euros each) so that we could all share the various tapas that he ordered. Everything was very well explained and the guide even provided us with some information about the history of Madrid. Oh and the tapas were all great!! We were so full by the end of the night that we could hardly move :D

THIS TOUR IS A MUST IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SPANISH FOOD/WINE. WE HAD A WONDERFUL CULINARY TOUR LEAD BY OUR GUIDE JAMES WHO INTRODUCED US TO THE CABRALES CHEESE AND CIDRE FROM ASTURIAS TO THE FINO OF JEREZ FINALLY ENDING UP WITH THE FABULOUS SEAFOOD AND ALBARINO WINE OF GALICIA. THIS WAS OUR FINAL EVENING IN MADRID AND WE HAD CERTAINLY SAVED THE BEST TO LAST. A VERY ENJOYABLE NIGHT OUT !

AMAZING. Adventourous Appetites guided us to spots that we would have never been able to find by ourselves. James was an incredibly lively host whose knowledge was only dwarfed by his personality. What makes the trip so amazing is that he will not tell you where he took you at the end of the night in order to perserve the nature of the bars, in order that they dont turn into over run spots of tourist. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, and the people were as well. Our advice, try everything. Dont get fussy about what it might be, just eat it because it is all so good. Highly recommend. If you have the ability to do this tour, do it. Side Note: We were leaving the next morning early, I would not recommend doing this the night before you leave. As much fun as we had, and drank, it made the morning rise that much more difficult.

The Tapas Night Waling Tour was on our first evening and was a wonderful way to become acclimated with Madrid's tapas and drinks while sampling local restaurants we may have otherwise missed. Our Guide was knowledgeable and enhanced the tour with her familiarity with the restaurants and city.

Great tour,a lot of fun. Got to go to places one would never find without a guide. James was very entertaining and knowledgable.....a very good night out in Madrid, well worth doing.
