This was a great way to see some of the area surrounding Barcelona. We thoroughly enjoyed the market there and the ride up to the Pyrenees was incredible. The hiking is as strenuous as you want it to be. You can take it easy or make it difficult, your choice. We got some great pictures and just really enjoyed our day. Our tour guide was fantastic! We would highly recommend this tour.

This trip was a great experience. The tour guide was extremely nice and very interesting. This tour is not for people who are looking for a personal guided tour of the sites, but rather for those who like to do their own thing. Once you arrive at a destination, the tour guide briefs you and let's you go on your way. My wife and I like this type of choose your own adventure approach to tours, so we enjoyed it very much. One piece of advice though...BRING HIKING SHOES!

This trip was so fantastic, it was the absolute highlight of our time in Barcelona. We were a group of 10, aged 9-45 and every single one of us loved it. It was relaxing, not rushed at all, and it was a nice break to get out of the city and see the breathtaking Pyrenees. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and interacted with every one of us, particularly the children. I would recommend this tour to anyone. I would even do it again!

This was a well done tour, but a meal break would have been better earlier instead of at 2:00 p.m.

The tour was very well organised with a guide who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about local customs. All routes were well marked out on the maps provided, and the information given was clear and precise, with some flexibility for us to vary it to suit our individual needs. On the whole, a very memorable trip. Highly recommended!

Great experience. The day was beautiful and so was the scenery. Nothing like having lunch at the base of a waterfall while 3000 feet up a mountain!

Loved the trip, just would have liked the guide to have given us more information. Pretty much got to a stop and were told to meet at a certain time. More information would have been great.

This was such a beautiful area. We were a little hampered by inclement weather, but still loved the scenery of the area.

This is a nicely paced and relaxed tour which covers Vic, Queralbs, and Nuria in the Pyrenees. The minivan is very comfortable and I liked the small group concept, as I have an absolute horror of big tour buses with hordes of tourists. The guide was excellent and very friendly. The tours are timed to coincide with market days in Vic, and there is enough time to visit the cathedral there with its magnificent murals by Josep Sert. I enjoyed the coca de crema in the coffee shop recommended by our guide. Over at Queralbs, a rack train brings you to Nuria with stunning views of the mountain on the way. At Nuria there was time for lunch, as well as taking the cable car up to a higher point as well as taking one of the several hiking routes, which were easy to do and gave magnificent views of the lake and the mountain scenery. I even had the chance to take in the chapel and the Madonna carving of St Gille on the way. Time is given to tour the lovely little village of Queralbs later, after taking the return rack train ride. Flexibility is given to spend more time at Nuria if you choose to give the Queralbs tour a miss. All in all, this was a very nice day trip out of Barcelona.

Great to be taken to a couple of nice places and given some suggestions but then left to explore for ourselves or do our own thing, not hand-held all the time.

It was worth taking a day off from Barcelona to visit little towns and hike the Pyrenees. The guide was surprisingly charming. I enjoyed the sights and the very busy market. Delicious lunch was served in Queralbs! The hike in Pyrenees was a delight. Our guide took good care of us and ensured a good time.

The tour itself was fabulous. It's worth it, but I think the tour operator should organize the trip better. Depending on the days and the number of guests, and given the scarcity of restaurants in the area, reservations should be made in advance. The tour guide should be more prepared to answer more questions about why things were the way they were, while reciting history.

This change of pace from Barcelona provided a worthwhile experience in the visit to Vic, a town with an interesting history. The trip to the Pyrenees was excellent, and the village of Yeralds was great. The highlight of the tour was the train ride to the top of the mountains.
