Horseback Riding Rainforest Tour
When you arrive on site after hotel pickup, hop on your horse for an enjoyable horseback ride through the St Kitts rainforest. Follow your guide over gentle terrain above sugarcane fields to the ruins of an old sugar mill and take in gorgeous views of the lush hillsides before entering the rainforest.
Stop at a small freshwater pool for a foot-soak in the cool spring water while your guide explains the features of the rainforest in depth. Throughout the forest you’ll see a variety of floral species including bamboo, wild sage and the flamboyant – the national flower of St Kitts and Nevis – as well as mangoes and high-sugar pineapples.
